I have been coming to Edge Hill Orchards since November 2024. The staff have been so welcoming, supportive and happy. As an allied health worker this makes my job much easier as the staff know the residents inside and out and they really care. You come through the front doors and there is a buzz of energy with residents going about their day, enjoying all the activities that are organised for them and they really have fun. The cafe has delicious coffee and great food for everyone to have when they visit or the residents themselves. I love the open-door policy where family and friends are always welcome to come and have meals and visit their loved ones any time they want. Bindhu the CM is so good at her job, any resident I ask about she can tell me 100% all the information and knowledge about the them. I appreciate her support. Thanks Edge Hill for making me feel so welcome.

This place is like a five start hotel in all its services but with a caring and warm team like a family. Everything start with Fiona, a wonderful Manager and her inspiring team of Admin, nurses, carers, leisure activities, kitchen, laundry, cleaning and the whole lot. My mum is 94, with difficult to communicate and as soon as she got there, everybody has been so helpful and loving with her and trying to communicate in her language, doing magic and she loves them all. I have no words to thank you all and praise your amazing facility. Thank you 🙏

Many thanks to the staff in all departments of Edge Hill Orchards - Management, Nursing, Support Staff and Reception, for the support and care of my Dad Brian during the almost three years that he was a Resident at Edge Hill Orchards, and during the weeks leading up to the passing away of my Dad. I very much appreciated their compassion and support at this time.

When I arrived I was welcomed. The staff were very happy and made me feel at home. As I got to know people I felt more at home here. The lifestyle staff keep us busy everyday doing a variety of projects. We have a choir I enjoy very much and we have a movie theatre with different movies everyday. Food is excellent, staff are great and I feel very happy here.

I can not praise this care home enough, the service, the staff and care is next to none.
The facilities are clean and well maintained.
The lifestyle staff are fantastic and go over and above for all in their care.
If I was to ever be in a home, this is the one I would want to go to.

I couldn’t be in a better facility. Orchards Edge Hill has a lovely smiling staff,carers, nurses and cleaners. Response to calls for assistance is always immediate. The premises is bright and welcoming. I am grateful to be here.

INFIN8 Aged Care Facility offers first class accommodation. Administrative Staff, Lifestyle Staff, Carers and Ancillary Staff offer a very caring, intuitive response to all Residents, Nursing Staff also have a holistic approach which is very heartwarming.
This Aged Care Facility has great ambience
Our only displeasure is with the quality of food we are continually served, everything is overcooked with a lack of fresh leafy green vegetables, nuts, berries, capsicums
There is no flavour to our food. Perhaps we need Maggie Beer to come and do an Audit of our Kitchen and Staff.
We have now been here almost a year and have felt very happy with the way this facility is run. Thanks Bobbie Graham

It’s beautiful surroundings. Good sized rooms. Food is good. Staff are amazing. Everyone is so good to me. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I am encouraged to be involved in activities. I am so lucky to be here.
