This feedback is not so much about the service but feedback for Management of the place.

I went to get a full face waxing done today, Sat 2/11 at around 1.30pm. There was a 20 minute wait time, with around 4 ladies waiting before me. The issue was that there was only one girl working on a Saturday to service all the clients! And she was trying her best to work as fast as she could and also not compromise on the service whilst listening to angry customers complaining of the wait time. She was very kind to her waiting customers. She kept calling on her phone for help but I was there for about 45 minutes and nobody came.

She had started work at 9am and told me at 2pm that she has not even been able to have a toilet break as she is on her own.

To the management of this joint, you guys are horrible, absolutely horrible! Hope karma finds you one day. Look after your amazing staff, what you did to the poor girl today is poor slavery. I felt so so sorry for her and wish the young women all the success in her life. I cannot say the same for whoever owns this place!

Wasted over 1 hour of my time and $100, and was late for a wedding. They can NOT follow direction for simple hair-do OR do make up.
Before booking there I asked if they had the foundation for my skin type and during my experience there, I found out they had practically NO make up. And their tools(brushes and sponge) were dirty. The staff knew that they did NOT have a make up artist, hours BEFORE my appointment, but instead they waited for me to come in, then told me that she would do my hair and make up herself. I looked like a clown ( a Ducking CLOWN) with bright pink cheeks and bright pink lips, They do NOT know how to do contours or eyes. She then asked me to pick another lip stick colour, that when I found out they had very limited make up and their tools were dirty.
Also after informing her that all I needed was to pin my hair up and NOT to blow dry. She actually blow dry my hair, and put it in a pony tail, i tried to stop her drying my hair and she said she knew what she was doing .... Had to rush home to wash my face .... and am not even going to talk about the hair.
To the staff there : If you can't do the job, let the customer know early so that we can find some else.
Don'T even deserve that 1 star.

I get my laser treatment done here. I love their service. Have tried doing my eyebrows and they do them very well. Recently got a haircut here and that is why I am posting the review. The hairdresser really knew her stuff, every friend or colleague who has seen me after my cut has complimented me on my hair. She did a feather cut and my hair has more volume, looks fresh and bouncy. Thankyouuuu! I don’t regret trusting you to cut my hair ?

Never coming back to the shop. Got an eyebrow and upper lips hair threading. My brows were definitely two different shapes after (the other one was so thin and did not even bother to fix it!)? and while she was threading my eyebrows, her acrylic nails were literally poking my eyeballs. I told her about it and didnt even say sorry.
