Disappointing communication & correspondences from ISR (my partner was the client, but I mediated)
Partner was quite tardy with payment for invoice, but doesn’t excuse or warrant unprofessional text messaging to client(s) need to address professionally or via right channels. also my partner got heated to but we expressed remorse for late payment & his texts) but ISR rather maintained unprofessional approach. We all need to not let emotions get in the way. Other than this was great experience with Lorna and Glen with their initial visit inspecting the spa about communications Need to improve and they need to accept constructive feedback. Like myself I got a little bit angry on the phone with them but I did apologise and recognise I did wrong
Despite this I wish them all the best at ISR

I couldn’t recommend Glen and Lorna any more highly. Glen assisted me over the phone with fault finding the issue and ordered the parts to fix the problem so my spa was only off line for a minimum time.
They are both genuine, honest and hard working people.

Lorna and Glen came to look at our spa bath and located the problem within minutes. They then went on to help me out with the pool. I had dealings with PoolWerx Toowoomba and they charged us $140 to come and look at the pool and didn’t do what I had wanted. Glen showed me how to use the pump, attach creepy crawlie, cleaned the pump and filter and told me what to add to water.
They were on time, reliable, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us out. I would highly recommend them for any spa needs.

I cannot recommend Glen & Lorna highly enough. My poor spa was neglected for some time due to pump issues and us not having to money to fix it. We knew what part we needed but had no one to fix it. Finally we found these guys. Within 1-2 days the parts were sourced, filters and other bits and pieces organised a quote was done. Within a week all my headaches were gone.
