No service had to wait until someone answered the phone to obtain a password to enter the main door, which was broken anyway, and a password for the room. Knocked our heads on a bunk bed over the queen bed and ladder to the bunk. Have scars on head now, and they charge you $1600 if the fire alarm goes off from the steam from the bathroom, which has no fan or any ventilation! Didn't shower wasn't paying for something out of our control! Then received a text to ask what time you're checking out? If you check out 1 minute after 10am look out for a $50 charge. Don't book in early either, as you'll be charged another $50! And you are to remove all your rubbish or another charge will occur!
Definitely will not return and there are other Motels not as expensive and offer better facilities. Parking is small spaces look like they have been repainted to fit more cars in! At 168.54 a night you expect better!

Hotel does not have any staff. A code is neede to access the front door and your room which - should be - texted after booking. In our case we did not receive a text but after calling, the code was shared. Wifi and parking are good.Rooms are not cleaned and towels are not refleshed so only recommended for a quick overnight stay. Not recommended in case of a longer stay.

No star. Supposedly no smoking in rooms but room stinks of smokes. Management already informed but undortunately nothing can be done until room is checked, meanwhile customer has to put up with it as it is an emergency stay and can't easily book for another accomodation. At 1040 pm, heard really loud racket noise, looked out to see a number of cops onto someone screaming 2 doors down ours. Scary huh...Can't wait to check out.

The recent reviews of this hotel are a bit harsh. It's a low priced hotel, you shouldn't expect 5 star comfort. People need to set their expectations appropriately.

Our room was pretty sparse in terms of comforts but it was clean and everything we needed for a one night stay. Air con worked well, wifi was great.

Checking in was actually seamless but a little awkward. They have no reception staff so everything is done through text messages. You get a code to the front door and to your room door. It works fine and once you've done it once you know how to do it.

Location is kind of in no man's land, there's very little within walking distance and you'll be taking an uber or the bus to get anywhere.

My only criticism is there was no soap in the shower. The hotel sought feedback after check in (via text) and I indicated as such then at 10pm the security guard turned up and gave us some soap. It solved the issue but it was 10pm and we were already in bed. 5 stars for the effort but the timing was a little off.

Overall I would stay here again ahead of travel the next day. I wouldn't stay here if I was a tourist visiting Brisbane.

Hotel does not have any staff. A code is needed to access the front door and your room which - should be - texted after booking. In our case we did not receive a text making the checkin a pain so had to call when we arrived at the motel. Wifi works well and sufficient parking. The room is rather small but has evenything needed for a stay.

The rooms are not cleaned and towels are not refreshed, even after several days. Service is awfull. Multiple requests to refresh towels were ignored so the motel is only an option for a quick overnight stay. Not recommended in case of a longer stay.

This place is similar to Airport Hotel or Ibis Hotels if you have stayed in this type of Hotel. It's very clean and also very simple and not very large. Sheets are like hospital sheet and all linen is white.

I had no issue staying there but I would have liked a nicer place for the cost to stay here. I stay in many hotels, traveling for work. I believe paying $100 or less for this place would be reasonable.

There is no reception here. All communications is via text message or email and appears to be automated. You get a code for the front door then a code for your room door. I did not see any hotel staff during my 4 night, 5 day stay.

Under new management now and has gone downhill severely.
No staff on site. They pay a security guard but not a receptionist (it can't be that much more for receptionist!).
Online check in was a pain. I had to call twice.
Door lock at front door difficult. Another guest let us in. Tried door a second time later on, couldn't get in at all. Lucky my partner could hear the lobby door code repeatedly from the bedroom and came to let me in.
Cleanliness has dropped. Room smelled strongly of bleach (better than dirty but unnecessary). Some cobwebs, marks on walls, mold on window blind. Floor not mopped - I own a cleaning service, I can tell if it wasn't done every time. Mopped it myself with the towel, check the photo. And there is only about 3SqM of floor that produced that much dirt.
You get a $1500 fine if the shower sets off the fire alarm. A bit unfair and excessive given that it's a fault in their design, not the customers fault.
I won't risk staying here again incase the standard drops further.

I didn't need a big room with a stocked bar fridge. I needed a bed to sleep on. I found ALL the staff be it house keepers, security at night and especially the phone staff to be amazing. Will come again
