Best stay I've had anywhere for ages - all thanks to attention to detail. After an easy check in - thanks to a key box - we walked into the room and were delighted by the beautiful light fragrance. Then we saw the gorgeous interior design and the relaxing low lighting. It felt like walking into a high class spa. The super comfy bed was made with lots of lovely cushions. Everything down to the cupware and the teas had been chosen to delight the senses. Even the open wardrobe had its own relaxing light. Not to mention you're walking distance to everything in Eumundi: markets, the attached pub, Matsos, cafes, etc. And let's not forget the laud back pool and spa area - with a BBQ! I'm looking for any excuse to stay here again.

Simone was so friendly and helpful to us. My friend had a broken ankle and she went the extra mile to help us.
I did feel the room was very small with little space for x2 people to hang clothes,as the one cupboard was filled with an ironing board,which l wouldnt have thought guests would use. It was overpriced for what was provided,especially the added sting of additional $60 charge for adjusting the room to a twin. Its a bit discriminatory for x2 people to have to pay more because we're not in the same bed and have never had this extra charge in other accomadation.
We watered the plants outside our room as they looked a bit sad.
Pool and spa was lovely.
It was a nice stay and we enjpyed it very much. Thank you.

Right in the heart of Eumundi….loved it! Rooms are gorgeous…great for a weekend away. Spent the afternoon lazing in the hot tub and pool. We dined at a local restaurant but outdoor area has a bbq and fire pit. Staying an extra night would have been ideal. Highly recommend ….

Such a lovely find in the centre of town. Our room was gorgeous, so many thoughtful touches. The pool area was beautiful too. Amazingly peaceful.

We arrived after dark. The lighting around the parking area at the back of the pub was very poor and the signage was almost non-existent. The key safe was hidden in a very dark alleyway with no lighting. To find the safe and our room we had to get help from the pub, as there are no reception facilities in the early evening on a winters night. Not a good start!! |The room was stark, very modern design, but not for human beings to live with. There were tea and coffee facilities but not even one biscuit! There was only one chair in the room, but two people! The beds were very comfortable, but that did not make up for all the other issues and at $200 for the night or more. Not a place we could recommend.

What a find! Turned up on a very hot and humid day and walked into the most beautiful, cool room. The decor of the room is just lovely, roomy, comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom is superb and shower is a delight. Throughout the rooms and the hotel there is artwork, crockery and toiletries from local artisans and all are lovely. Cannot recommend highly enough!

After not having any check-in instructions and having to call the number on the website, we had a great stay. Our room was well kept and very comfortable. Loved the location in Eumundi.

I’m disappointed that the new owners are trying to rebrand a successful, unique hotel… it is well-established under the name HOLA, it’s less distinguishable under the new name.
