We recently stayed at Ibis Styles Tamworth for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Our room was beautifully presented and refreshed daily, ensuring it remained clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, easy to walk to Peel Street or Shopping World. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Ibis Styles Tamworth to anyone visiting the area!

Reception was pretty ordinary with nothing explained (how to contact within the room, wifi, pool times and other general information). I had to re-approach a few times to get various info. The room was nice and the bathroom lovely and clean. But breakfast was terrible. Overall not worth the price $240+ price tag being asked.

Great location. We had a family room with 2 toddlers. The sliding door between the two rooms was an issue because the kids could swing it out (not secured on the bottom) .curtains could have done with an update, otherwise clean.

I always stay at the Ibis when in Tamworth. Even though it is a budget priced hotel, you certainly get much for your money. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are of generous size and quiet, the restaurant has a good choice of meals, a full breakfast menu including room service if you prefer. From the time I arrive to the time I depart, there is never an issue to spoil my time there and the whole process runs smoothly.

A great hotel / motel that is not trying to be something that it isn’t. This is an Ibis Styles and that’s exactly what it is - a good economy hotel. Room size ok, refurbished main room, TV works, tea / coffee provided, bathroom is dated but good water pressure. Having a breakfast option on-site was convenient and the selection was good - nothing flash nor did we expect it. Staff were friendly. Location was perfect for us.

The rooms are clean, but there was no toilet brush and the shower leaked every where.There was a broken chair that we did not report due to the attitude of the staff on departure. The location is good as you can walk to the CBD, a local shopping centre and some restaurants. If you are staying the one night it would be a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Visited for a conference recently. Rooms were ok. Biggest issue was that the reception staff insisted meals were covered on our booking (Checked with three separate staff) only to be billed for them the next day. When emailed to ask about being billed for meals despite assurances they were included staff never responded.

Rooms are very dated, especially the bathroom. Smart TV is apparently not a smart tv and while it has Netflix etc it doesn't connect to the internet? Cleanliness on the surface was ok but start looking and it is grubby. The shower was very dark with the curtain drawn and the step over into it was a mission for my youngest (wouldn't be great for anyone unsteady on their feet, elderly etc).
We also ate at the onsite restaurant which was also a disappointment and after an hour wait the food was sub par and overpriced.
