Had a lovely time everything you could want in the room nice size clean and tidy. Got the breakfast which was great service was lovely food was tasty and lots of options and we could all make our own coffee tea mocha and hot chocolates

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The room has a musty smell that hit me the moment I walked in. But the worst part? Sewage was literally coming out of the shower drain. I’m talking about raw, foul-smelling waste backing up into the bathroom. It was revolting and completely unacceptable.

When I brought this to the staff’s attention, there was barely any urgency or apology. No room change was offered, and I was told “maintenance would look at it tomorrow.” Tomorrow? I was supposed to sleep in a room where human waste was coming out of the floor?

Absolutely disgusting. This place should not be operating in its current condition. Stay far, far away.

Staff were helpful enough, when you could find one. It was a Satursay night and the bar, restaurant and Cafe were all closed. Room was ok, only had pay for washing machines (only 1 was working) and pay for driers again only 1 was working, but didn't actually dry our clothes. The staff did refund our money for the drier. Breakfast was ok, although no briasta made coffee only machine made.
Not what we were expecting.

I travel to Canberra for work almost weekly and this is probably the best hotel in Canberra. The location is outside town enough to be quiet and make parking even large vehicles easy but being in the high way it’s also quick to get every where. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay better. Whilst some of the facilities look dated the rooms must have been recently renovated to a very high standard. It’s also usually pretty cheap.

I didn’t like the way I was spoken to by staff, there were flees in the room, the bathroom was dirty the shower looked slimy I couldn’t bring myself to shower in it. The toilet had a stain or it was not clean, but the water smelt odd and had a gritty texture.
I cancelled my next booking there as it was disgusting.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ibis Styles Eaglehawk. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I settled in.||The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries.

The first impression upon walking into reception was good, the hotel smelled very clean, however as soon as I opened the door of the chalet I was overcome with smell of damp and mould. After reporting this to reception and asking for another room which was accommodated the same thing happened another mouldy,damp room. I would not advise anyone with breathing issues,allergies or young children to stay here. Overall the rooms and public areas were clean but are in need of a serious revamp.

The first impression in reception area was good, smelled very clean, however as soon as I entered our room I was overcome with smell of damp/mould and a odour that made my eyes water, it was the most disgusting smell . I returned to reception and refund was processed immediately no questions asked (as if it was expected). I do not recommend anyone stay at this facility.
