Had a really comfy stay here! The room was clean and cozy with a nice mattress, hot shower, and a heater that kept the place warm during the cold nights. They also had free coffee, tea, and sugar, plus a small fridge, working sink and toilet, and a decent towel and blanket. The electric kettle worked well for making hot drinks too.

Plenty of power points to charge my stuff and heaps of parking space, which was super handy. The staff were also really friendly and easy to talk to.

Overall, it was better than we expected, would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the hotel was perfect for our 18-hour layover. It's located about 30 minutes by car or 1 hour by bus, you can also take the train from the airport. There is a gas station, McDonald's, Subway, KFC, and a Peruvian chicken place, all in the same vicinity as the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. They provided towels, coffee, tea, and soap. Check-in was easy. They have breakfast for a fee but we left before that. There's also a washer and dryer that you can use for a fee. The wifi worked lovely. I would stay here again.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, and I hope that it does not reflect the standard of all Ibis Budget locations. The entire property is in dire need of renovation. My room, number 227, was plagued by a foul odor, a air conditioning unit that had dirty vents, and mold in the bathroom. The walls had peeling paint and unsightly stains. I was forced to turn off the air conditioning and open the small window to ventilate the room, using my own deodorant to mask the overwhelming smell that was making me feel unwell. For $95 per night, I expected a far better experience. I would have slept in my car, as an alternative but my car is too small for that. I strongly advise against staying here due to its subpar conditions, a full refund for the conditions would be strongly advised and appropriate for subpar service and room condition. Carpet in the hallway was also dirty and unhygienic.
There’s stairs, no lifts. Just do yourself a favour and stay clear of this place. You’ll thank me later!

Update - I paid $95.50 for my one night stay, after providing feedback on my room and experience I was refunded $85.50

I had a very poor experience at Ibis Budget Enfield. Within the first hour of check-in, I encountered multiple issues – including cockroaches in the room, blood-stained bed sheets, and a broken window. I was moved to different rooms three times, yet the problems persisted. Despite contacting both the hotel and Accor’s service team, no meaningful support was offered. I ultimately had to leave the hotel early as the conditions were unacceptable. Very dissatisfied with both the accommodation and the lack of response from staff.

I recently stayed for 7 nights. The room did not have a working light, the door lock was broken and the vent in the shower was full that it did not work at all. I reported all to front office and nothing was done except the lock was fixed on the wednesday. My room was never serviced as requested which was for daily fresh sheets. I had to keep walking up and down from level 3 to get sheets. The 2 times my room was given fresh towels, they left the dirty towels behind and never emptied the bin. I complained and the manager couldn't of care less the state of his hotel or how much is wrong with the rooms that I was offered nothing but a $50 credit for future stay knowing I will not be back in the state ever again and would never stay here again. Manager now refusing to reply to any emails. When I had requested a refund at least for all the issues I run into. Do not stay here, afford at all cost

I just wanted to say Khadija the girl at the front desk was very helpful to us. Also I have sèen a lot of mean and nasty reviews up here. We found the motel to be quite nice, and a great price $96 which is a bargain. Also I dont know what people expect, I think its good value for money. Regards the ASIO guy, Rob.

Customer service is virtually non existent and ACCOR do not care one iota about its customers. I will admit up front that I mistakenly booked through a 3rd party which I did not know at the time and never received a confirmation. Due to personal health reasons preventing me from being able to stay I contacted the property in advance to see if I could have a credit for the stay to use at a later date. The first response was that they could not find my booking and required further information. I had already advised that I did not have any confirmation and gave them what details I could. Never heard a peep from them until 9pm on the day of arrival when I was hit with a barrage of phone calls, text and SMS messages with regards to a "late arrival". So, in essence they evidently did have a record of my booking but would rather keep the money than assist their customer. Since then I have had one wishy washy response from the property and zero response from ACCOR's customer service which probably should be re-named to something more appropriate and reflective on the lack of service! I always enjoy ACCOR's hotels overseas but here in Australia they are certainly left wanting and I doubt that I will ever stay in any of their properties again unless I have no other option - which I hope never occurs.
UPDATE: In response to the reply from the property: at no stage did you advise me that the booking was made by a 3rd party and that I should revert to them which would have been the decent thing to do. Although the fact that the property cannot deal with enquiries relating to those other websites is absolute garbage as you could if you wanted to but did not bother in this case. They still are happy to take bookings from 3rd party websites but are "not committed" to assisting with enquiries - their words not mine! Definitely a no care factor is employed with ACCOR and its properties - sad days for the customers!
