I was not impressed with the room. I had booked a room online but then when i got to the hotel, the lady at the desk said that room wasn't ready and gave me another room on another floor. My husband has an issue with his foot and back, but we didn't have time to waste, so accepted the new room. Room was not clean, no sugar, tea, coffee is provided. There's a kettle, mugs and one spoon but nothing else. Even the ceiling had something splattered near the light. I have been to this Ibis before but I don't think I would come back! Not happy 🙁

Blessing gave such an amazing reception and I felt at home instantly. Room was clean and well presented. I had an overall good stay. Good for the price as well as it served the purpose of providing a resting place while on a personal retreat. I encountered God in a new way in room 314.

I couldn't get the aircon remote to work with the AC unit but it wasn't too hot so didnt matter too much
I couldn't find the TV remote anywhere but wasn't in the room long enough to bother watching too much TV
But the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were wonderful - Cher was very helpful

Stayed from the 14th - 17th Nov

Visited Sydney from Brisbane for my daughters formal and graduation, We booked Room 227, it was very clean and tidy, air con was working perfectly, my 4yr old was excited about the bunk bed. Beautiful ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Thank you!! What i loved about our stay, everything was close by, petrol stations, supermarkets, Parks, Malls etc it was great!

Would definitely stay there again 🙂 Thank you!!

Everything was great, the service, beds, supplies, and showers. Everything. You get what you get for the price you pay, pretty good. There's one thing I think they could improve on though. They could maybe and like a Smart Tv Box, where you could access Netflix, YouTube, and many other streaming services (obviously with them paying for the accounts). This would've added a more fun aspect to the hotel, and isn't to pricey if you go for the slight less cheaper ones. That's pretty much the only thing this hotel could improve on, other than that, this is a great hotel!
It was really fun staying here!

This budget motel is a case of you get what you pay for. The room was very cramped and the queen size bed had a single bunk bed built over the top of it so you were constantly hitting your head and couldn’t really sit up in bed to watch TV. Also there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway despite the many no smoking signs. Luckily our room did not smell of cigarette smoke. Having said all that the bed was comfortable and the bathroom towels were good quality. There was kettle with tea and coffee and there was also a microwave near reception for guests to use. In addition, there was a communal washer and drier. This motel was perfectly located for our one night stop over on our way to Melbourne and despite being on the Hume Highway there was little to no road noise in the room. You can also have a continental breakfast for a reasonable price.

We were allocated room 115 on the ground floor which turned out to be a room for disabled. This was good as I am 81 years old & have a very bad back. I notified my problems when I booked the room & was very grateful for the room allocated to us.
The only minor problem was that there was no toilet brush in the toilet.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room because it is budget accommodation which is what we needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Located right next to Maccas was a bonus. Would absolutely stay here again!
