Handy location close to airport and car secure parking business. Room was clean and tidy,a little dated. Forgot it does not have a lift so had to pull luggage up 3 floors. Late after hours check in was seamless and well communicated.

We arrived from a UK flight at just after midnight. The Reception was absolutely superb at handling our booking in and advice on questions we had on the next day. Congratulations to the splendid team.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. All the facilities worked (loved the shower, could have stayed there all day).

Very conveniently located close to the Domestic terminal, a short walk away.

The breakfast selection was delicious and copious.

Well done to the teams working there. What a great group of people.

I had a very friendly and hospitable welcome at this hotel after a long delayed flight from Bali. I checked in around 3.30am at the morning. The reception and hotel appeared empty, but at this hour a smiling reservations agent appeared at the check in desk and said they had been expecting me. After completing check in formalities, I was given a tray of cardboard bottled water, and clear instructions to get to my room, all with the offer of further assistance (which I didn't need, but it was great to be offered). ||The room was clean, functional and ensured a good night's sleep. The bed was super comfortable and I had an excellent 4 or 5 hours sleep before I had to check out to catch my onward flight to Auckland. The only area of the room that could have been improved was the bathroom, which while large, did remind me of a hospital, with its curtains and rails, but it had an amazing power shower, all the shampoos, conditioners and soaps one needed and an abundance of fluffy towels. ||Even though the hotel is within walking distance of the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal, from where guests can transfer to the International Terminal (except very late at night), this Ibis provides a shuttle transfer service in the morning to both Domestic and International Terminals which was very convenient. I'm not sure if they provide it in the afternoon and evening though, but the hotel is very well situated to the Domestic Terminal anyway from where, as I say, it's easy to get a connection to the International Terminal. ||It was the staff who really made this hotel, they were so friendly and helpful. I was going to give this review 4 stars on account of the hospital-like bathroom, but have given a full 5 stars due to the wonderful staff here. Well recommended when transiting through Brisbane Airport.

Room was excellent for our brief stay. Even had a view! Of the airport. Downstairs restaurant was very convenient, with a pleasing menu. Although close to the airport, a winding and non-obvious path to the entry (needing a video on the website). Would be great if they could extend the operation of the shuttle bus.

We stayed here for 1 night due to an early flight the next morning. Staff at reception were friendly and met our needs. Room was very tidy. Large towels. Great blackout blinds for great nights sleep. Minimal noise from aeroplanes. Didn’t go to restaurant/bar but looked like it had a good vibe. Close to domestic airport. Good price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner is tasty and good for its price.
The rooms offer all amenities one might need.

It's close to the airport and allows for late-night check-in.
That is a good thing for arrival and departure, as well as staying for a day or two, but doesn't necessarily provide a great view or surroundings.

Great for short stays, but reconsider if you are planning for a longer vacation

if you're on a domestic flight you can walk to the hotel (a few minutes); if you're coming from the International terminal you'll have to cab it (and our cab driver was anything but happy since we weren't going downtown). there is no hotel shuttle from the airport to this hotel but they offer one TO the airport - AU$8); make a reservation.|The rooms are simple but very clean. No decor, a weird plastic chair, no closet, no hook for towels in the bathroom although the bathroom itself is very adequate. My rate included breakfast in a nice beachy restaurant setting with good selections.

Good for families but travelling solo, the hotel was a bit pricey. The walk from the domestic airport is a bit far especially if you have lots of luggage. However, it is do-able.Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
