Great remedial massage experience. I have some persistent aches and Ian got to the heart of them and sent me away with homework. He explained what was going on and how we’re going to fix it. What a master of his trade! Ian’s determination and ability to work out my source of pain and discomfort and then resolve it is astounding.
I have now twice visited him almost unable to walk and both times he has dedicated himself to working through my issues. His massage is strong and focused on the exact points that need it. I am amazed at the transformation I experienced, walking out with a spring in my step.

I originally went with long term plantar fasciitis a few years ago and Ian was able to resolve the problem within 2 sessions, it has never returned. Most recently, I was diagnosed with vertigo and within one session, I was 100% better, followed up with one more session, vertigo is completely gone and I feel amazing. Ian has a great understanding of the human body & always takes his time to work through to the root cause. Highly, highly recommend!

Wow, life changing! I have suffered from pain due to a supraspinitis tear and frozen shoulder for years, and after less than six appointments I have full movement in my shoulder and the chronic pain I had been suffering is all but gone! In addition to this I have been suffering from pain in my right knee for about six months and again, Ian has sorted this out for me. Thank you, you have provided hope for a healthier future rather than just accepting chronic pain as something that happens as you get a little older. Highly recommend, Thank you so much 🙏

The first thing I did when I left my massage, was recommend Ian to my closest friends. Ian has a different approach to anyone else I have been to before but I felt instant relief and results.
