I stopped in without a booking, and they were able to see me straight away. I had a 60 minute Remedial Massage and asked for some special attention the my left heel region as I had been having pain in that region for a number of months. It was an excellent massage and the work done on my left foot left me having no pain, and now days later it still feels 100% better. Very friendly and professional staff, I highly recommend 'I am Siam'.

Absolutely wonderful experience at "I Am Siam Thai Massage"! Boat at the front desk always makes fantastic arrangements, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Today, Ferny took care of me and she did an amazing job alleviating the pain in my shoulders and neck. It's a godsend for those of us who spend long hours sitting and enjoy fitness as well. I’ve had massages in many places in different countries, but this is hands down the best Thai massage experience of my life! From the moment I called to make an appointment (I highly recommend booking two hours in advance to secure a spot), the service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly warm and kind, making me feel welcomed the moment I stepped through the door.

Now, let me talk about the real highlight—PAM, the massage therapist. Her skills are simply incredible. I was dealing with a lot of muscle tension and soreness, and she knew exactly how to relieve it. With perfect pressure and a keen understanding of the body, she worked out all the knots and left me feeling like a new person. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and their well-being. PAM’s technique was both relaxing and effective, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so rejuvenated after a massage.

This place is an absolute gem, and I will definitely be returning regularly. If you’re looking for a place to ease your body and calm your mind, look no further. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had a massage here tonight and it was the best massage i've ever had. The techniques the lovely lady used were incredible. I have multiple herniated discs and am hyper-mobile which means i experience extremely tight muscles, numbness and sciatica leading to severe chronic pain issues. She did such a great job that it took away a lot of the numbness and sciatica i had before going in and has left me feeling better than i have in an extremely long time. It has taken me many many massage places to find someone who can do that in 1 session. Such a great experience. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing too.

Was very disappointed with the services.. the massage lady was fine that’s why I still giving 3 stars. I’ve been having massage here for at least 4 years now, I can feel the difference compared with a few years ago.. The payment machine is constantly not working, I’ve been having this problem at least 3 or 4 times. And they even do surcharges if you are using your private health insurance fund… I feel it’s unbelievable they even do surcharges on Private Health insurance!
On my most recent visit, the machine got problems again. I was not able to use my private health insurance and the lady told me to ask my private health insurance provider. I’ve showed the receipt to my private health insurance provider and the answer was the lady on the front desk did not enter the cost when they process the claim. When I was at the front desk and wanted to call my private health insurance provider the front desk lady wouldn’t allowed me. Says they are busy!!
I don’t think this is a good enough services since the price for a massage is not cheap.
There are so many different massage providers around the area and I think I won’t come back to this place again.

I just walked in for the first time to have a massage for 90 mins, I was opening the wrong door and it wouldn’t open, silly me , but the dirty look on the guys face making out that I am a dumb idiot with not a welcoming face , I just told him “don’t look at me like I’m a dumb idiot” and walked out , I had a salon for many years , if I had someone walk in my front doors not realising one is locked we would joke with client and say happens all the time , not give them a dirty look. I have never given a bad review anywhere before but with this sort of welcoming face from this business , it deserves no stars . Doesn’t hurt to smile mate when your 90 minute massage new customer walks in the door ! Who would want a massage there if that is the welcoming . So I went to Crows Nest , much friendly and more professional. Shame as this would have been very convenient but “no thanks”.
