I was going to purchase a one-person sauna, but hesitated for a while because I realised I might need a space to lie down due to my health condition at that time. And in fact, I'm more in low blood pressure side. I was not a person who enjoys sauna or sweat easily. I was quite skeptical in the beginning.

I had a chat with Leon and was able to find a better one for me. I think it was a really helpful advice. It took a while for me to figure out the best way to use it mainly because I couldn't use it often because of my extreme tiredness and low energy after medical treatments. But as I recover a bit, I could use it again.

I learned that a very thin cotton one piece dress helps me to keep my tummy warm if I had to leave the front door open slightly to adjust the temperature (I am writing this in winter). If anyone who has a medical condition that makes you feel cold than usual it might be a good idea to try that. You don't want to wear a thick layer of clothes which could create another layer for the infrared to go through. My friend, she goes into her infrared sauna completely naked for that reason.

Now in the infrared sauna, I am able to stay fine in the high temperature and sweat profusely. Of course, I always recharge myself with electrolyte rich water after each sauna.

One thing, however, I wish the infrared heat panels could be added in lower part of the bench as my lower legs left quite cold eventhough I have near- infrared heaters in my sauna at each corner. I saw an older model in a medical clinic. It actually has two extra panels on the boards between windows and the door. In the older model, you might not need a thin cotton dress to cover your tummy or your legs probably also feel warmer too. Perhaps, the older model before year 2023 might be better in that sense.

Overall, the Hyper Wellbeing infrared sauna is very enjoyable with a few extra features such as an ionizer comes with it. I am certain it helps the detoxing and healing process I need as I can see the profuse sweating on my skin which I have never seen. I like to appreciate Leon for his kind help in many aspects. He understands the needs of people who wants the infrared sauna for medical reasons from years of experience. Thank you.

One last thing, this is a tip for patients. If you are buying the sauna for serious health issues but you don't like the high temperature heat as soon as you enter the sauna, please try this. You can consider to go into the sauna straight away just after you turn on the power. The temperature would be around your room temperature (let's say 22'C) to start with and gradually move up to the desired high temperature level (let's say 60'C). Because of the gradual change in the temperature in the sauna, you wouldn't have the sudden shock of heat. It's much easier. You might find that you can actually enjoy sauna longer than you thought in high temperature. From my experience, no need to wait till the sauna heats up to the high temperature as they say. I'm certain you will find the most suitable ways for you to get the most benefits out of your beautiful sauna. Cheers!

I got my new sauna it’s the Harmony Premium model and it’s amazing . I’ve had it for a month - I try and use it at least once a day - if not twice - my 91 year old mum is staying with me who has arthritis and other old age symptoms and says it make her feel a lot better - she loves it and is using it daily - my sister also with me and has COPD and other health issues and is also loving it - some days it’s a rush to the sauna - like first in best dressed - I highly recommend this sauna. I love it as i feel it working on my skin and all over my body - the near infra red lamps are amazing which are in the front of sauna and I really feel it penetrates deep in your skin and produces results.I just love my sauna.
When I purchased it - Leon was excellent with his service - installed it as soon as it arrived and had it up and running. My son has used it too and is now buying one - doesn’t want to join the queue to use my sauna.

The Harmony Premium and its health benefits cannot be understated. This sauna with its near infrared light has given hope to someone close to me that was experiencing extreme pain. Leon and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and so knowledgeable about health and all the wonderful benefits of near/far infrared sauna .

I was recommended by my naturopath to check out Hyper Well-being saunas as they have the near infrared as well as far infrared when most Saunas only have Far .
I had done lots or research on saunas myself and after speaking to Leon at great length a few time before purchasing I knew this was the right sauna for my family and our needs .

I placed my order on Monday afternoon for a 2 person premium sauna and it was delivered and set up ready for use Wednesday morning.
The technician Peter arrived on time at 9am and had it erected and ready to go in under 30 minutes . He then explained thoroughly how it works and also showed us how to disassemble if we were ever to move so we could take it to our next home .

I highly recommend looking at these saunas and talking to Leon if your in the market to buy a sauna as he is a wealth of knowledge.
