Absolutely fantastic venue for a nice chill environment, played MTG on Wednesday night payed 15 bucks but got a pint out of it so 100% worth it with you want to make new friends, play a game of cards, warhammer kill team or D&D

Where do I even begin? Several months ago, I booked out Hybrid Warehouse for a Magic: The Gathering event for my crew MTG Freo/Tabletop Freo. It was our first ticketed event, and we were small and rudderless. The event went so well, though -- better than expected -- and Daz (who runs Hybrid) thought so too. So he asked us if we wanted to make Hybrid our home. Since then, we've been playing board games and card games every Wednesday arvo/night and our little community has grown into a big one. A big, wonderful community composed of just THE MOST genuine, loving nerds. Honestly, it's the best thing I've ever been a part of. And we would NEVER have gotten here without Daz. It's not just about letting us use the space, either. He is a PART OF TABLETOP FREO. He's like our dad, and we all love him dearly. And this is EXACTLY what Daz set out to do -- to provide a space for small local communities in need. In that endeavour, he has excelled. Freo needs more of this. If you're from the City and you're reading this, THIS is where it's at. THIS is the sort of stuff we need here to keep Fremantle FREMANTLE. Daz is your silent champion. Give this guy a bloody Citizen of the Year Award!
