Although the staff appeared very lovely and helpful, I find I cannot be somewhat disappointed with our room. The room holds a full sized fridge, small microwave, toaster and kettle. However, there was no crockery or cutlery provided, except a couple of coffee mugs, glasses and teaspoons. This meant that even if you utilised the fridge, stocked up on food, you would have nothing to eat off (unless you went and got paper plates, etc) As for the bedding, only two pillows were provided for the two of us, as in only one pillow each (luckily I bring a spare pillow) and there were no extra supplies of bedding in the room.
So when I woke up cold, in the middle of the night, wanting an extra blanket, I had to put on some extra clothing, instead.
I was quite satisfied with the bathroom, though, which was spacious and clean.
There was one incident that concerned me, and that was halfway through our stay (we were staying two nights) a woman, who I believed was hotel staff, walked into our room late morning. My husband had gone out and so I was alone in the room, when she walked in and stated something about the check out time. I told her that we were leaving the next day, as we had booked for two nights. She turned around to leave, saying she would check about the two nights. I never saw her again. There was no apology for the intrusion.
