We had a fantastic stay at Rosamund celebrating a family members 70th Birthday.
Bryce and Emma are fantastic hosts that moved heaven and earth to make our stay enjoyable.
Both houses have fantastic views that capture the most beautiful sunsets.
The houses are very spacious that caters for all family types.

We had the best weekend away.

This property truly is the most stunning and unique place I’ve stayed in a long time. The breathtaking views from the front veranda left an unforgettable first impression on me, and the gorgeous country-style accomodation had me so relaxed and at peace that I didn’t want to leave!

Super clean, has everything you need, and was easy to access. Will definitely be back!

We have stayed here 3 times and absolutely loved it. Great location for events at Hope Estate, wine tours or just a peaceful get away. The facilities are brilliant, always clean and tidy and there is so much room. Would highly recommend!

Great location with breathtaking views, ultimate Hunter Valley experience. The owner was very accommodating, charming and respectful. The girls & I referred to him as our country George Clooney. We will be back!!

Booked a couple nights over a weekend at one of their properties. Everything was fine the first evening, nice property, etc. Fall asleep at a reasonable hour. We were then awoken by loud, constant pounding on the back door at 11pm. My partner got up AND FOUND A MAN IN THE KITCHEN!!! Apparently the property was double booked. The woman who'd been pounding on the door had arrived to find the key lock box empty and called some guy who had keys AND THEN LET HIMSELF INTO THE PROPERTY WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP. They were eventually satisfied that we did indeed have a right to be there and left. My partner called the owner to figure out what was going on. He said we could stay that night but needed to leave in the morning (?!). Needless to say, neither of us felt comfortable falling back asleep when we knew some guy just might come into the cottage. We packed up and drove back to Sydney at 11:30pm. I can absolutely forgive a mistake like a double booking, but the lack of courtesy and total violation of coming into a rented property while people are asleep is totally unforgivable. Absolutely the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

Comfortable accomodation with all the amenities needed, good location in the middle of wineries with some of them in walking distance. Owners were very accomodating and were easily contactable.

We spent most nights relaxing by the fire outside listening to music

The amazing vista is unsurpassed in the area. Enjoying the local vino with friends whilst the sun slowly sets is one of the great Hunter experiences. We’ll be back!
