I recently visited Hungry Jack’s in Wagga Wagga and had a bit of a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and the service was fairly quick, which I appreciated. The burger was fresh and tasted great, just what you’d expect from Hungry Jack’s.

However, the fries were way too salty — it really took away from the meal. A little seasoning is fine, but this was over the top. Hopefully, it was just a one-off, because otherwise the visit was decent.

With a little more attention to detail, especially with the fries, this location could be a solid option for a quick bite.

I would give no stars if I could, there’s is something seriously wrong with these people. I dont think I have ever received what I ordered, just consistently wrong. So so infuriating when you’re paying good money for a quick convenient meal and don’t get what you pay for.

Waited twenty five minutes for food in the drive thru. We only order two toasties and by the time we got them they were cold.

If the drive thru is going to take nearly half an hour, you should expand it to allow people to leave the line.

Great customer service and tasty food. Love the frozen O & M juice! Their waiting bays are a nightmare to get into. I think it would have been better to have less garden and put the waiting bays at a 45° angle, or something.

The food is always great and the staff are usually amazing, except this one time I went in last year near closing time and a male staff member aggressively rolled his eyes at me and scoffed. Bro it's 9 o'clock let me get my icecream and leave. Flabbergasted me so much I think about it everytime I drive past, other than that, the place is amazing! Except that one guy. Don't recommend the strawberry sundaes though

I have never been to a Hungry Jack's before that did not have sugar or sweetener for coffee but this store is a first. Will not be back. Very poor service.

Ordered two burgers at around 4pm but unfortunately for this shift they both came not following the dietary needs customisation for some reason and the quality of them didn't look so great either as the extra things were not taken out as it was requested which is the reason that the peoplewho the orders were for couldn'thave them disappointedly otherwiseit is been a great branch here in Riverina.
