Sooooo. HORRIBLE!
No one to take our order so we used the kiosk.
Only customers at the time, Waited 20 mins for order to be ready and the staff working looked lost, they made our coffes but left them on the bench without letting anyone know, also made the wrong coffee.
Food was all wrong and they placed the hashbrowns ontop of the napkins making them useless,
I tried to order a babyccino for my daughter and the staff didnt know what it was so i used the kiosk again, when it arrived it was cold milk in a cup. Ontop of this the hotcakes were cold and did not come with butter or syrup.
Whilst waiting for our food 2 other customer were given the wrong orders.
The music was so loud that you could barely hear yourself think.
If you want to go to a day club that serves wrong food then this is the place to be.
Never again and would not go here

Decent serve of ice cream in cone and variety of flavours for slushies, including passionfruit flavour.
I have found that other branches of same store have smaller ice cream serve size and don't start with ice cream in bottom of cone like this store does; nor do they tend to carry expanded range of flavours, which this store has in stock.

Literally got cold uncooked chips that were still frozen in the middle… and this girl kept spidering us in the drive thru
Burgers had almost no lettuce… or tomato or onion…
Chicken nuggets were cooked but oddly chewy….

I usually order my food from MC d and KFC. Because the kids wanted to try something different, this time, I tried to order from Hungry Jack's. Unfortunately, the expectation doesn't meet the eye. I had never eaten such dry and inedible burgers.
The chicken meat inside the burger was so dry, so brown and powdery felt. It looks like the chicken has been heated multiple times before being served. The juice inside the chicken has been dried out. Unfortunately, I ordered 4 burgers and spent 29 dollars. Much more expensive than the McDonalds or KFC and has less quality. Never again will I order from Hungry Jack's. Such a bad experience.

I had the worst experience at this Hungry Jack’s location. I specifically asked THREE times for no bacon on my burger due to dietary restrictions, yet when I got home and opened my order, there it was—bacon! This isn’t just a minor mistake; it’s a complete disregard for customer requests and potentially dangerous for people with dietary needs. If they can’t get a simple order right after multiple reminders, how can they be trusted with more important issues like food safety? I’m deeply disappointed and won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Check your orders carefully if you decide to risk it!

The girl at the window was very rude, no customer service at all, just handed me the food without saying a single word. Closed the window in my face then realising that she forgot my ice cream. I was not very happy with the service I received.

I have eaten at this location a number of times. Each time the dining area is dirty, it requires me to clean my table and chairs before dining.

Clean store with nobody eating in, just the way I like it. Plant based whoppers without mayo were amazing. Better than what I remember the normal whopper to taste like. Staff were friendly and the burger was assembled to perfection. Great value for money with ozbargains coupons. Hungry Jacks > McDonald's AAAA++++
