Really good rooms and pool for a decent price, the staff were lovely especially the girl at the front desk who went out of her way to help us plan our day trips. Overall a amazing stay mostly due to the staff

Pool was rhe best part. 20 min walk into main town area.

Our room had an old box ac unit recessed I to the wall not very effective. Get a room with a newer wall split.

Our toilet leaked and had a smell.

Our room had a ceiling fan that wouldn't turn off either which wasn't the best.fir the evening sleeping.

The room was perfect, spotless ,everything I needed, very comfortable bed and pillows were great as well as the sheets. Very clean.
Management were fantastic nothing was too much trouble . I'll be making it my go to for my trips to cairns , 6 great nights and a gorgeous pool . Highly recommend

We were hesitant to stay here after seeing some bad reviews, but whatever problems they were having to get the bad reviews have definitely been resolved now! We always felt safe here, beds are comfy and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful which at a cheap hotel is all you can ask for really! We stayed in the standard room which is very basic but still comfortable, we then got a room upgrade with a balcony and it was perfect for us! At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Pool was really nice as well. We would definitely stay here again 🙂

The hotel was pretty nice for its price considering its close to the city. The receptionists were very nice especially Lea. They are very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again as soon as I get back in Cairns. Very nice!

More of a Motel than a hotel, you can access the complex from outside without passing through reception.
Accomodation is quite dated and the pool is more like a crocodile pond, amenities in the room are dated as well, no shampoo or towels were replaced during our stay, that definetly doesn’t make it a hotel.
Area is quite and we felt safe so I guess the other reviews are exaggerating on this side.
The receptionists are very nice but we never asked for anything to be honest.
It should be marketed as a motel, pictures online are quite deceveing and much brighter than it actually is.

Ants everywhere even after sprayed with the insecticide.. windows at the bottom dirty from never being cleaned probably..no one comes to hand you fresh towels and take dirty ones.. one single toilet paper for four people for three nights..receptionist was nice and friendly at least. Won’t be back again.

We walked in and walked straight out! Air-con didn't work properly, its was an old box air-conditioning unit 30 yrs old, bed was dbl size one dingy mattress sheets looked old and felt old.looked unclean and was very run down. Recomend stay elsewhere fast!
