This hotel had bed bugs. I came home all itch, took my clothes off and sealed in a plastic bag with all my belongings. Now I’m washing all bed linen for me and the kids with boiling water. Duvets pillows, soft toys the whole thing. Sprayed the mattresses with vinegar and carpet too. ?
I am worried if I don’t have to spray the house professionally, which can cost me around $1500
Avoid booking this hotel, if love clean bedsheets

Reception lady was lovely and helpful but the website really needs to be updated for the parking. There is only about 5 parking spaces and the hotel has over 15 rooms and it is first come first served! Very misleading and problematic for those booking especially for the parking. There is nowhere else nearby to put your car!

We just moved our things to our new home, and because we didn't have enough time to unpack, we booked two nights. Booking was easy and I think it is worth the money. The room is clean and we don't have a high expectation as we just need some good sleep. Around 3 am, the smoke alarm started going off and it was loud so I 'turned it off'. It went off again two times, and I started to look into the signs the smoke alarm was giving. I suspected the battery was weak, and we called the helpdesk and were told to take it out so their maintenance guy could look into it the next day. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep anymore and we were not compensated for anything for the loss of sleep. The cafe is clean and the breakfast meets our expectations.

The room was small and the bathroom even smaller but appeared reasonably clean. But during an afternoon nap someone else tried to enter out room (they still use actual keys). Management refused to give us the second key so we were afraid that someone else might try to enter our room during the night or while we were out. We then asked how we accessed the cable tv they advertised only to be told that since the tv unit was attached to the antenna by a cable then that was cable tv (only half the normal free to air stations actually available). Management offered a full refund if we left that night which we were happy to do as I was scared that someone may enter the room at anytime but alas now they are refusing to refund us.

Our room was $259 for Superior Queen. It was tiny, shower was just wide enough to stand sideways without hitting the wall and screen, the air conditioner turned on sounded like a helicopter. The floor squeaked, you could fill the room kettle under the tap, you had to fill in the shower. For that price I could of stayed and have stayed in better hotel rooms in Nth Sydney.

The hotel is perfectly fine, affordable prices, and not far from the center. Taxi approx. 15 minutes, with bus is 25 min. and bus station which is very close. The room is big enough, the cleanliness is ok. Of the dishes, we had 3 cups, 3 saucers, 1 knife and only 1 teaspoon (we missed that). Breakfast in the neighboring building - 2 types of bread for toast, apples, 3 types of marmalade, butter (salted), 3 types of cereals, honey, 2 types of juice and 2 types of milk. You put the dishes in a big box yourself. It's bad that rarely anyone comes, the milk was only in the fridge, and we needed it warm for the child, so we had to go to the room to heat the milk. 2 mornings before us, the guests used up a full milk, only a light milk was left, they also picked up all the apples, so we had no choice. There are no people to refill it when it is used up, and it was already used up around 8:00 a.m., breakfast lasts until 9:30 a.m.
