Amazing hotel! Amazing service! Everyone was super nice and helpful and we absolutely loved staying at Hotel Realm. It was very luxurious and the rooms were big and beautiful! Thanks so much to the staff especially Moses who helped my bride with her wedding dress from the car!

Stayed at this hotel to attend a conference. Overall, I was pretty happy. The biggest issue was they mistakenly charged me for breakfast whilst I paid for it directly at the bar/ restaurant. I found out the extra charge thanks to alert from my bank every time there's against my card, so I could sort it out immediately in-person. Would've been much more hassle if I used a different card that doesn't alert me. ||The room that I booked was very large (Realm Suite), laid out almost like a studio apartment, complete with kitchenette, microwave oven, and washer/dryer combo. Gym was very well-equipped. Pool and jacuzzi were also very nice. Didn't get to use the sauna or steam room, unfortunately. ||If I came to Canberra again, I wouldn't mind staying here again

Disappointing stay during October long weekend. Hotel fridge wasn’t cleaned and stocked. Half empty juice and wine bottles in fridge. No still water available. Chipped cup. Dodgy shower door that couldn’t close properly flooding bathroom floor and we had to use the towels to mop up. Two discarded empty bottles on balcony hadn’t been removed. Disturbed sleep from noisy loud music at hotel event. Informed hotel reception the next day but nothing was actioned. Horribly disappointing experience!

Our family trip to Canberra wouldn't have been the same without our stay at Hotel Realm! It was absolutely perfect for us with young kids. They had a blast splashing around in the heated pool and spa, and my husband and I enjoyed the steam room, and sauna. The buffet breakfast was average (but a win with the kids!), and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The family room was amazing (2 bedrooms) - spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen had a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, which was frequently used! The bathroom was big too, and the kids loved the jetted bathtub. Parking was affordable at $15 a night, which is cheap coming from Sydney! Honestly, we couldn't find a single fault with Hotel Realm. It's luxurious yet surprisingly family-friendly and well-priced. We highly recommend it!

Room was spacious with comfy bed. The suite comes with a living room and a kitchenette. It has a washing machine and dryer combo which we didn’t use. The hotel’s pool is small, max 3 swimmers at the same time. The gym is adequate. Staffs are excellent, accomodating and efficient. It’s not exactly in the city centre, but 7min drive.

We stayed for a long weekend in a suite, room was big, nice lounge, big bedroom and a nicely equipped kitchen. Only criticism would be the bathroom, far too small for the size of the suite, Ok for one person but not for 2.

Bar was great, decent food, good selection of drinks and a nice fire pit to sit around at night. Restaurant was very good.

We nearly didn't book the hotel because the photos mage the rooms look very stark, but they are not and we are glad we did go.

The upper house penthouse is a stylish and elegant room with luxury fittings throughout. Though the fireplace was not working during our stay, the rest of the facilities made for a luxurious night in.||The biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing in the penthouse. We could hear people on the street as if they were immediately outside our room.||||The staff were very friendly and hospitable, and the hotel has a luxury feel as soon as you enter the lobby.

Staff were lovely but the rooms were pretty tired. Seems only a surface clean is ever done (see attached photos of shower vent and recess). We had request a cot for our toddler, were provided with a travel cot, no bedding included so something to be mindful of if travelling with a baby or toddler.
