Not impressed at all. For starters, the food was mediocre and a poor attempt at fine dining. You may be thinking that drinks would redeem it and you’d be right, so long as you don’t mind hair in your drinks! My friend was terribly scattered after drinking that evil concoction.
I will say the overall mood is nice, it does have its charms although they are quickly diminished upon a closer look… unclean flooring, dust and cobwebs, overall it seems sanitary products are a rare find in this establishment.
Would I come back again? No.
Would I send an enemy/foe here? Absolutely

Would not recommend. From my experience I found a hair in my drink and when I mentioned it to one of the staff I just got brushed off. Also the room I had was dirty and the bathroom was not organized at all and still had things left from the previous people.

Loved the service at this pub, food was excellent and not hurting the wallet either! Wednesday night Parma night is fantastic. And unreal steaks. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Very happy with the establishment

Very friendly atmosphere. Great improvement to the menu. Mandi and Shane are new managers and make you feel welcome. Nice place for a casual meal, very friendly service. Lives up to all the expectations of a country pub.

Went for dinner wasn’t impressed.
Asked for the gnocchi they had none so they went to the store and bought some after we ordered. Kind of felt like they bought the sauce in a jar there too along with the prepackaged tasting Parmesan cheese… no herbs in the bruschetta just diced tomatoes on bread with balsamic on top. Wasn’t told if table service or order at the bar until we asked 15-20 mins after being seated and wanting to order. No drinks menu provided, when asked was told they didn’t have one. Waiter/bar man made few comments of his feelings towards owners/management and lady that apparently runs the bistro area was no where to be seen (on her phone at the bar) I get this is a country pub/bistro but basic expectations weren’t met. New menu well presented compared to old menu’s. it was meh.

Staff were very friendly and atmosphere was lovely. Was a chilly night and quite cold in the Bistro. Meals were a little pricey. I don't mind paying for good food, but I had the garlic prawns and was a mixed experience. The prawns were tasty & cooked well but the rice was hard & dry and the sauce was just basically melted butter so not what I expected for $38 and not very pleasant or good value for money. Carbonara looked lovely.

A great pub.. great service by Bonnie, only issue I had when asking for a plain chicken burger with no onion or garlic due to an allergy is that the kitchen doesn’t know that aioli has loads of garlic in it and they put loads of aioli on my burger. Crisis averted by me just not eating half a burger.. everything above the lettuce including the lettuce was sacrificed. The young male waiter who I told why I didn’t eat the aioli was neither understanding or gave a toss. So although I enjoyed the pub.. probably wouldn’t trust them with food again. But the Reno looks good and it was a pleasant place, they just need to get rid of young boys serving who are a tad on the I don’t know side and more Bonnie’s who are fabulous..

Really small menu, $16 for 2 odd tasting chicken tenders and chips. They forgot several orders, were reminded after almost 2 hours. Comped 2 of the missing meals a drink each for the 2 hour wait for their meal, didn't comp anyone else.

Just small things; Charged an eftpos fee without saying there was an eftpos fee. Don't have coke zero, only diet, had to go to the bar to get refilled water bottles, twice.

Nice place, nice staff. It was absolutely full to the brim. They're newly opened, so I understand things happen. I will be going back and giving it another shot. Everyone else's food smelled delicious.
