We have stayed in this hotel on three different occasions for a city break.
The rooms are spotless and they have been keeping up a very high standard of hygiene on my visits over the past couple of years.
The staff are a true credit to the company. Always friendly and have a genuine desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods to cater for anyone’s tastes.
Parking is a couple of minutes away but it’s really easy to pull up and off load / load your belongings. There is a roof swimming pool in the sister hotel adjacent which you’re welcome to use. Perfect location and 5min walking distance to Queen street and 15min walk to South bank. Great value and highly recommend. We’re looking forward to returning for another visit soon.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Brisbane and had an excellent experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. The staff overall were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.

I’d like to give a special mention to one particular staff member at the reception—a female with short hair (unfortunately, I forgot her name). She was extraordinarily kind and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out and added a personal touch to the experience.

Thank you, Hotel Indigo Brisbane, for the great hospitality! I’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Came to the hotel on Christmas Eve. Was greeted by the fantastic Jerry at reception. The check-in was as smooth as a breeze, and he magically got us our rooms ahead of time. My family and friends, some of whom had been travelling for about 20 hours, were absolutely delighted. To top it all, we were offered a beautiful box of Christmas chocolates!
The reception and the Izakaya are beautifully presented. The rooms are nice and feature everything you need, including a couple of bath robes. The view is limited but has the sun streaming in from many rooms.
We really loved the ambience, location, safety, and people. Would love to come back to Indigo.

We had a short stay to visit some family before going to Hamilton island. We were pleasantly surprised. The boutique art is fantastic each with a story. Facilities are well maintained, room is very will equipped and comfortable. We did not venture far so we had dinner at bar 1603 and it was delicious with wonderful cocktails. However their asset is their staff. They made our quick stop over unforgettable, their warm service is outstanding and provided a fantastic start to our holiday. Thank you

Great team on arrival helped my wife check in as i was running late from. Team very welcoming and room was clean well-appointed great options comfortable bed and pillows. Onsite gym and facilities bar restaurant all great to use and convenient. Will stay there again and recommend it. Will look to sign up to loyalty program

Comfy bed, clean spacious and quiet room. Interesting modern decor, a nice touch.. brekky not included but good. Staff seem friendly and genuinely keen to help. No time to explore location around hotel unfortunately

We had the BEST stay at Hotel Indigo Brisbane. From the moment we arrived, the check in was easy, super friendly, informative and smooth as! We had a king room on the 14th floor, which was delightful. A really well thought out space. Comfortable and relaxing. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. Do opt for the breakfast buffet...it's excellent. Great coffee, amazing assortment of things. I loved the green juice shots and the fresh carrot and ginger juice.
Special call out to reception staff member Cody. An absolute professional. 😊 10/10

At check-in, the staff member at the counter was incredibly friendly and informative. Given that it’s a smaller hotel, the elevators were always available. Our room was charming and well-equipped, with additional amenities like toothbrushes and shaving kits available if needed (which was a lifesaver). The staff were consistently helpful and kind throughout our stay.Each morning, breakfast was a delight with a great variety of food and barista-made coffee. We appreciated that the TVs in the room connected to our phones, allowing us to stream our favorite shows from our apps. Additionally, it was a nice touch to have access to the pool next door at voco if we wished.Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you!
