We always stay at the Grand Chancellor hotel after overseas travel before we head off to Gympie.
The rooms are large and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Dining is wonderful and the food selection from the menu catered for everyone. We always enjoy the breakfast which caters for everyone.
The reception staff are amazing.
We relaxed by the pool and trained in the gym.
After our time at the Grand Chancellor stay we ravelled home refreshed.
I would recommend the Grand Chancellor to everyone wanting excellent service and a wonderful experience.

A very pleasant stay for business thank you.

I enjoyed conference morning tea, afternoon and a hot lunch twice over the time there and complimented the chef when I saw him. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet for $30 with no hassle and very friendly staff and delicious coffee.

I also enjoyed the comfortable rooms, large shower head and special touches - thank you. The housekeeping staff are so friendly.

Conveniently location and easy access to necessity. Room is clean and reception staff is helpful. The furnishings and facilities feels a little dated but that doesn't affect our stay in any way. A reasonably priced hotel and I would return for my future visit.

Whilst the location and external hotel appearance wasnt that appealing, our hotel stay exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Dining area had a beautiful ambience and great views facing the city. It was a lovely surprise that the place had a salt water pool and a superb roof top area

Last minute hotel booking when staying a night in Brisbane prior to picking up a campervan. Hotel was lovely and clean, beds were very comfy and the room was just what we needed. The pool area was great and the view was amazing! ||Only downside was the step into the bathroom as I kicked it every time!! But that’s probably more of a me issue. ||The hotel is really well located, however, we came from central station and it is very up hill so just something to be mindful of. ||Staff very helpful and friendly. ||Thanks!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, beds were very comfy. The room décor was modern and stylish. The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. The breakfast was nice, the coffee not so good! Overall a nice stay.

Staying in the Superior King Suite at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane truly felt like a home away from home—such a comforting and welcoming feeling when traveling. The suite is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers a level of coziness that makes it easy to relax and unwind. Waking up to stunning city views from the private balcony was a real treat!||||One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the brunch—delicious, generous, and perfectly complemented by refreshing cocktails. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic or something a little more indulgent, there’s something for everyone.||||I also had the pleasure of trying the new dinner menu, and I have to say, it’s outstanding! Huge thanks to the chef for crafting such an incredible experience. My personal favorites? The baked goat cheese to start—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. For the main course, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and to finish, the chocolate cake was simply divine!||||I can’t wait to return! Thank you very much!!

Located about a pleasant (depending which way you go - See below) 10-15 x min walk from City centre, this is a nice clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good food too, ||Bar is a bit limited in selection.||Only thing I would say is there wasn’t anyone at the doors to help bring luggage in or indeed open the doors. That might be something to look at?||The walk down to the City past the Roma St Park and Roma St Station is very nice (coming back up the hill is a bit more of a challenge) and their are some lovely traditional houses that can seen. Walking down to the City Centre via Leichhardt St and Upper Edward St although slightly quicker seems a bit grim!
