Stayed for two nights on a trip to visit a family member. I was quite happy with the room and service, unfortunately the restaurant was temporarily closed however there are ample places to eat nearby. It is a very quiet area considering the proximity of shops etc. I enjoyed my stay, a little expensive but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I won’t hesitate to stay again if the need arises.

Unfortunately we had to change rooms 3 times due to the cleanliness of the rooms/air conditioning.
First 2 rooms the air conditioners were mouldy. One had been leaking and had mould growing behind the indoor unit.
Third room was okay but dusty and the drains in bathroom smelt really bad so we couldn’t keep the bathroom door open.
Mould in the kettle meant we wouldn’t have tea or coffee and the Internet was really slow. The hotel bar and restaurant is also closed Sunday- Tuesday which was sad because these were the nights we needed it most.

I have been a frequent guest at the Hotel Gloria. The hotel has a Restaurant, Gym, Barbecue area and Pool, ideal for families with children on holiday, not to mention close proximity to buses, shopping malls and various food outlet's within walking distance. The Staff go beyond expectation to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are serviced on a daily basis, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Gloria to traveller's and holiday makers with close proximity to the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Gloria with my 4-year-old, both reception housekeeping staff, who were very friendly and helpful the apartment was very clean and spacious making our stay pleasant and comfortable .

Very timid management that could not complete or issue things in a professional manner that I was comfortable with. Avoidant as a business. Dissapointing across the board. Sux. Incompetent leadership that seems to support a negative and incapable pool of staff. Also. Evil. Not a house of Eureka.
I initially had sympathy for this house of horrors, but after analysis and retrieval of an unpleasant experience to do with the eatery below; I must assume that this place of operations, should go.

The Hotel was very nice and kept very clean, but unfortunately having the shower in the bath, which was very slippery made this stay not as pleasant as I would have liked. For that reason I most likely would not stay again. Sorry as otherwise the room would have been very nice.

The staff were absolutely incredible. Accomodating and so quick to help when needed. Beautiful people and close to everything. Very happy with my stay😌😌

I recently stayed at Gloria Hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the room size was quite spacious, the hotel itself felt very dated. The fittings and furniture are all quite outdated.

The only positive aspect of the room was the mattress, which was nice to sleep on, which is the only credit point.

Throughout my stay, there were two false fire alarms from down the road: one very early in the morning at 7 AM and another in the middle of the night at 1:30 AM. These incidents were quite disruptive and added to the overall discomfort.

Housekeeping services were notably inconsistent. On the first day, they failed to wash the bowls and plates, leaving them untouched. However, they did change the towels and take out the rubbish. By the third day, the housekeeping services improved slightly, and they started cleaning the dishes. Yet, at times, they still forgot to take out the rubbish.

Despite these issues, the reception staff was quite responsive. When I requested a change of kettle due to the original one being too dirty and unacceptable to use, they promptly provided a replacement. I was lucky to get a new replacement.

The overall hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel is very disappointing. Ultimately, due to overall unpleasant experience, it was suppose an eight nights stay but decided to cut the stay short and checked out on the sixth day instead.

In conclusion, I would not recommend staying at Gloria Hotel if you are looking for accommodation around Springwood.
