The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The location is great if you're going to a concert at Riverstage or looking to explore around Southbank. There's plenty of good places to eat and drink in walking distance.

Our room was clean and nicely air conditioned from the 35+ temperatures and humidity outside. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice. We also had the buffet breakfast, which was great value at $25.

Overall we had a great experience at Hotel Diana and would recommend to anyone looking to have a holiday in the area!

Thank you so much to all the staff at Hotel Diana!!! I can’t thank you enough for all the help and support with our booking and stay there. You went above and beyond to make our rather fraught stay in Brisbane much better!! My mum got flown to hospital nearby suddenly on Boxing Day and Dad and I followed her and stayed here.
The room was excellent and comfortable! Perfect breakfast and as I said all staff were so kind and understanding!
We will certainly stay here again and again!! 5 Stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy parking and friendly staff. The rooms are nice and comfy beds. Had the buffet breakfast for $25 per person, was very yummy and worth the price. Would stay again. Not badly priced for Brisbane.

We enjoyed our stay (Family of four) and will stay at Hotel Diana again for sure. Rooms are clean, with daily room service. The TVs in the rooms are bit outdated should be replaced. The hotel is very close to city with free parking, 24/7 reception and gym. Shops are nearby as well. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay at Hotel Diana again. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable, though the finish is not great id you know what you are looking at (picked up by my tradie husband). The bed was comfortable, the rooms very clean and the staff polite. Only thing we really struggled with was that they had just cleaned the carpets of the room we were in right before we checked in. They were still damp and the carpet shampoo smell was extremely strong but you csnt open the windows to air the room out. I'm very small sensitive so this was a huge struggle for the first couple of hours. Very handy location for the Mater Hospital, and plenty of options for food in the nearby vicinity. Nice walk to South Bank, too! Parking is free but very difficult if you have a big car as the spaces are very small with restricted reversing space. Also found the lifts a bit scary, they are clunky and made us a bit nervous.

We will definitely stay again.

Have stayed here during September holidays for the last 3 years when our son has attended a music program at the Conservatorium and Somerville House.
The hotel itself is always clean with well appointed rooms that have been refurbished at some stage and are nice and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and we have always felt very welcome. There is also a fantastic gym now and the lounge area is great if you need to do some work.
Aside from that, we just love the location. Woolloongabba has a great vibe plus it's an easy walk to Southbank so once the car is parked we don't need to use it. However, the hotel is also the centrepiece of a wonderful community of businesses in the immediate vicinity offering a wide variety of cuisines. Plus there is health spa downstairs in the hotel building and the very cool Princess Theatre next door.
Overall, it's an excellent experience to stay here and really take in the area.
