A great central location, front office staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Studio apartment is a good roomy sizzle fir 2 people, well as appointed and very clean.
The Thai Restaurant underneath also very good quality food, with friendly welcoming staff.

Amazing customer service. Arrived early from 4 hours away and allowed to check in early. Room just right. Secure parking brilliant and the fact you can leave your car secured there after checkout for the whole day WOW. Thank you for an amazing experience Chino staff.||Tammy and Shirley.

Hotel Chino
Not what I expected at all, the in-house restaurant, which was one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel (BTW this is not a hotel, it is really a glorified serviced apartment building) for convenience was closed. The later check in, whilst organised was challenging in the dark and after hours, in the poorly lit front area. The room was fine and clean, but I had not expected to find out when trawling through all the questions on the Booking.com site, to the last but one, to find out that Housekeeping and Linen & towels change only was available every four days! And no rubbish collection! I thought we had got over the pandemic restrictions? Not acceptable even at this price. Certainly not the 4 Star standard they quote. Terrible, but as the saying goes, ‘you can’t complain about the service, as there is none’!

Lovely staff welcomed us with a surprise welcoming drink. This is a nice gesture. We also requested twin beds which the staff were happy to accommodate and we appreciated this. We had to extend our stay and again the staff did their best for us. Room is clean and comfortable as described with all necessary ammenities including a microwave. Also nice to have a balcony.
Hotel is located close to public transport with buses to city and south city etc…
Front desk hours are very short on weekends so we could not store luggage there when we checked out and before our flight. Now that we are aware, we will plan better for future stays.
Also note, if you call on the weekend, they have an answering service that will take a message and they call you back the next day.

It's an ok little hotel in principle, great location, worn but neat and clean. It seems like there are problems with the fire security, in our three day stay the fire evacuation alarm went off twice, once at night and again on Saturday. Fire brigade coming, everyone out on the street.
Parking and other facilities are good.

Service and room was fine when i stayed. Not the best price but was definitely what I thought I was getting. I had no issues with Hotel Chino for the time that I stayed there. But about 3 weeks after my stay, they decide to randomly take $80 out of my bank account without me noticing. I’ll be going in today to resolve the issue and will take down this review

Wonderful Customer Service! Front of House Staff were courteous, very helpful and experienced. We were treated with kindness and respect at all times. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable and excellent value for money.

My 2 month stay in Hotel Chino was nothing short of amazing. From my arrival, the manager- Maria - made me feel at ease. Bec and Amy were very warm and welcoming. Paul the manager also went the extra mile to make me feel at ease in the facility. Because I gave birth at this hotel, I had many visitors. That meant Bec had to put multiple people on the lift for me. She didn’t mind and assisted me with joy. If I had the means, I will possibly stay in hotel chino forever ?. The room service are also incredible. Neelam, Sumam and the rest of them were so courteous and helpful… you could see the joy on their faces as they assisted a weary new mother.. thank you so much Hotel Chino?. I will certainly return here for a stay
