Went to the hotel for dinner for the first time since the menu changes, and it was really disappointing.Fish and chips were dry and over cooked, and served without any sauces. We asked for some tartare or mayo but they only had small tubs of tasteless aioli that was dry on top and looked like it had been sitting out all day.Other meal was grilled barramundi- dry, tasteless and the salad was soaked in oil. Very few options for nut allergies. Young staff in caps were very friendly but the other young guy behind the bar
In the light brown shirt looked like he'd rather be anywhere else. Beautiful venue and location but the food really let's it down.

Don’t bother eating there if you are gluten-free- only have about three options. No gluten-free buns, pizza bases or chips or salads. When I complained they said that they’ve had similar feedback and would look at putting some more gluten-free options on the next menu….How’s that for customer service!

Meal took over 90 minutes to arrive.
The seats around the edge of the main area are filthy and stained and the place just looks grimy.
A major disappointment as they have obviously changed management and kitchen compared to a great experience a year ago.

Food was good, bar and waiter staff were friendly and helpful. The place is looking shabby. The seat cushions are disgusting. They're very stained and dirty. I thought twice about sitting on them. Place needs a good clean up.

They are so nice and so friendly, the bar had a warm and lovely environment but I don't recommend hot drink like hot chocolate or cappuccino and etc as they were so cold and weren't delicious.

Great located place. Nice and clean with a great atmosphere. The food is quite expensive and overated. It's a pity about the food because it's a lovely place to catch up with family and friends

Coffee and drinks order was forgotten, food took forever and came cold. Meal came with two pieces of sour dough bread that looked like it had been cremated but this was also cold. Staff were all sad sacks with zero customer service skills. Won't be back.

Had lunch here. Food was nice although burger was a little overcooked was still nice. Location amazing. Will definitely be back.
