Delicious food, that was fresh and well prepared. Many thanks and credit to the chef and their team for such speedy service.

Service was good although at times felt a bit chaotic. But with that said everything we ordered came out as expected.

Massive thanks for accommodating our large group at such short notice.

Was passing through Coffs Harbour and wanted to have lunch somewhere nice with a view and Horizons was a winner. The service was really fast and the food was delicious and really reasonable prices. The outdoor seating area is so relaxing it is so easy to feel like you are on holidays here!

I'm a little cautious with restaurants in large hotels/resorts, but Horizons proved me wrong and the food was excellent.

There was a great choice of local ales too.

The staff were efficient and lovely.

The prices are on the upper end, but with such generous portions I was very happy.

I had delicious pork belly and my wife had crispy skin barra.

Went for lunch with colleagues. Had to send back food multiple times and they got orders wrong. Service was quick and happy to refund so that was nice and they were very apologetic.

What an absolute disappointment! After waiting over 45 minutes for a simple calamari dish that never arrived, I ended up leaving the restaurant. No one even bothered to give an explanation for the delay. Instead, I was offered four free coffees for the next morning—as if that would make up for the complete lack of service.

It’s baffling how a restaurant at a supposedly reputable resort could be this disorganized. If you’re thinking of dining here, expect long waits, poor service, and no guarantee that your food will ever show up. Horizons Restaurant & Bar is a letdown from start to finish

Admittedly it was 10am & breakfast finishes at 10.30 - a tad early in my opinion - however we were let in & charged full breakfast fee. Barely had time to sit down with a plate of cereal & cup of tea before the hot food then the fruit was removed!! Nobody asked if we’d like something before buffet was cleared!!

This restaurant seems to be well established but a little dated as is the shirts of the team, that’s really the only negative feedback I could provide as the food was absolutely delicious and the service from the team was very professional. Full credit to the floor manager and chef as the restaurant team provided a great customer experience.
Recommended for a visit, you must table book first as the restaurant had no tables available when we left.

Great value if driving past Coffs Harbour to grab a toastie & chips. Even covered my sweet tooth with a kids frog in a pond. Serving huge. Clean. Attentive. Relaxed atmosphere.
