My wife and I got married in November 2023 at Horizons and were thrilled with how our day turned out! We wanted to leave a comprehensive review that would help anyone else looking for a fantastic venue for their event.

There were a few key things that were important to us when we were looking for a wedding venue:

- We wanted a venue that sat within our budget range and that the team respected the budget we had and were fair in their inclusions.

- As an LGBTQIA+ couple we of course wanted to have our wedding at a venue which was explicitly inclusive.

- We wanted a coastal wedding with gorgeous views and ideally wanted to get married on the sand. It was important to us that our venue, regardless of weather, would be beautiful and that the wet weather/bad weather option was not a let down but rather still an incredible option.

- We wanted to work with a wedding venue which felt personal and friendly, one who really got to know you and were genuinely excited for your day.

- Coming from a culinary family, being vegetarian/vegan ourselves, and having a high number of vegetarians and vegans at the wedding, ensuring that the food was delicious, well-presented and interesting was very important to us.

Horizons delivered on the above and more in spades. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Everyone commented on how stunning the venue was, how delicious and generous the food and beverages were, the excellent service, the smooth operation behind the scenes.

Jenna is a force of nature and we felt we could really relax and have fun on the day knowing all the details were safe in her hands. Jenny made everyone feel so welcome and paid such kind attention to all our guests and our families. We had a blast getting to know Jeremy and bouncing ideas all together in our planning.

We feel so grateful to the whole Horizons team for making our day even more magical than we could have hoped for.

Amazing! Right from the start, Jenna, Jeremy and the team were so friendly and accommodating. They took the stress off the entire planning process and were so helpful with the organisation. I could not have asked for a better team of people for my wedding.

Jeremy designed the room and florals to absolute perfection! It was better than I imagined and more than I could have asked for. The table set ups, florals, the entire room was just amazing. He really put a lot of work into it all and it definitely showed. Jeremy was super bubbly and was really there for us through it all. His cake was also delicious and I had many people raving about it!

Jenna was fantastic. Super friendly and was so involved in the night, checking in on us, making sure everything ran smoothly, and always ensuring we were being taken care of. She was so much fun and the whole night was exactly how we wanted.

I also have to mention the food. It was perfection. So delicious. The Horizons team definitely looked after us and our guests.

We highly recommend choosing Horizons as your venue for all events!

Hi Jeremy I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the hard work you and your team did on Friday night for my daughter Laura's wedding.

I was so impressed by your organisational skills and your calm personality which put everyone else at ease.

Your attention to detail is amazing and you knew what everyone needed before we even did.

I can't thank you enough for making this such a special night for Laura, Matt, Oliver and all their friends and family.

Now I understand why Laura was so calm leading up to the wedding as you had taken care of everything which left her to enjoy the day.

As a wedding celebrant I see LOADS of wedding venues all over NSW and Australia. But this venue, this team, this location is HANDS DOWN the best. With options for toes in the sand, down on the grass or having the breath taking view from the balcony. With some of the best wedding catering you will find and a team who not only KNOW what they are doing but CARE about what they are doing. They have taste, experience and a venue that all come together to make a wedding day (or any event) something beyond what you ever could image. As a wedding vendor I just have to turn up and do my thing know every detail has been thought of. Book this venue. Book it NOW.

Get married at Horizons. The venue and staff are the dream combination. We had Jenna plan our wedding and Jeremy design and decorate the venue. They arranged everything via Zoom because we’re currently living overseas.

On the day, all of the Horizons team were
exceptional. Our guests commented that Leanne and her team were some the best staff at a wedding they’d experienced. They really make you and your guests feel like royalty. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you so much.
