Great experience. Apartment are really outstanding with good and new equipment. Very spacious with a nice balcony. The amenities are exceptional with nice pool and great jacuzzi that you appreciate after a long walking day. The Sauna is quite big. You can also eat around the pool and you can also cook BBQ.

Stayed here 11 nights , location is great close to major bus terminal and room was lovely , during our stay i had a medical episode and must say Matt ( Manager ) went above and beyond to assist me he was so caring and ensured I was cared for , so grateful.
Big shout out also to ( Matt P ) for making us feel so welcomed , our stay here was wonderful and would certainly return.Well done team for excellent service and stay.

Positives. Good air con and close walk to Southbank. Decent views
Negatives - the rooms are very tired. Chipped and stained. Marks on walls. Furniture stained. Mould in bathrooms and just does not feel clean at all. Overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Very disappointing.
Discussed with management and room was given a more thorough clean. They were going to move us but other room not clean either!
Just don’t stay here is my advice.

The apartment is nice, spacious room, complete amenities, but you need to request to reception for the cleaning service. Good location, near city center, museum, train station, and we can cook at the unit. The kitchen was amazing, so if u like to cook, this hotel apartment would be the beat option to stay.

Room was dirty, not cleaned very well. Falling apart, the glass was not secured properly in sliding doors in rooms. The toilet paper was extremely bad, single ply you find in public toilets for a room that cost 400 plus a night. Absolute pain to try and organise a cot. Stay anywhere else.

Overpriced and under-cleaned was our perspective of our 3 night stay as a family of 4. On day two we came back to the apartment, only to find an our room had a strong sewerage smell in all of the rooms, but mainly the front bedroom. The smell was strong enough for us we had to turn off the aircon, open the balcony door and two small windows in both bedrooms. My daughter also told me she felt sick and kept asking what the smell was. That same night whilst eating dinner in the lounge room with my family, the same sewerage smell came creeping through our apartment for the 2nd time. It was an over bearable smell. I called after hours and put in a complaint. I was told they would get maintenance to check it out in the morning and could I please advise reception of this, as I questioned whether or not we could be given another room. No one ever came to check on our room.

In the morning I explained what had happened to reception. Reception didn’t offer us another room and apologised for the smell. The maintenance man was very friendly and the most helpful of all. He came and had a look at the room for us and also gave our children some snacks from the hotel. He explained the bin room was on level 10 and the smell could be coming from there. However on inspection of our room, we were told our room was nowhere near the bin room. The 3rd night of our stay, I didn’t smell this sewage smell again. I’m still not sure what the issue was and wasn’t given any further information.

We stayed 3 nights and never had our linen changed. No fresh towels or bath mats were given except from the maintenance man when we asked.

The room also didn’t look like what it was meant to ok booking.com and barely had a balcony. (It was half a metre wide with no space to sit with a chair).

From my past experience, if you are paying this much per night for a room ($500 a night or more), you should be welcomed to a clean apartment with no issues and definitely not an apartment that smells like sewage.

It’s definitely overpriced! The vents weren’t cleaned properly, dust in the cupboards. Where the toaster is sitting, looked like it had never been cleaned at all. Found old hair (not mine) in the dryer when cleaning out the lint filter. Wifi on the tv constantly didn’t work properly, dropping in and out. Apps on tv to watch like YouTube but no Netflix.

The 3 lifts also weren’t working properly with one lift broken down permanently and a build up of at least 15 people waiting on ground level at most times waiting for a lift which took about 15 minutes or longer to arrive on ground level. Sometimes they were at full capacity and didn’t stop at all.

Due to our frustration of waiting and having two small children aged 7 and 4, we made the decision to use the fire exit stairs so we could make it where we had to in time. This is also not something you would expect to have to do if paying this price for accommodation.

I would definitely reconsider before staying here again, especially with my two small children. Take not of reviews before you stay here!! If you do plan on staying here, do not stay in room 10 on floor 10! I’ve been reading reviews from 2020 and looks like people have been dealing with these issues for 5 years especially uncleanliness. Time for a new cleaning crew?

Impressive location.... The view was superb..Parking was available which makes it nice...Location wise it's convenient to go around the city of Brisbane it's all within walk.... Really helpful reception too as well. Will definitely come again on a holiday or something. The facility available here in room just have all you need here already

Do not stay here. Whilst location and rooms are ok (although not the cleanest) the customer service at the reception desk is appalling. As we checked in we heard someone complain about the wifi not working which concerned us as we also needed the wifi during our 2 night stay for work calls. Of course we had the same issue and tried to ask for help through poor instructions provided on a piece of paper as reception had closed which got us nowhere. When we could speak to reception again the next morning we were met with 2 extremely rude and robotic ladies who refused to offer any kind of actual help. We politely requested a refund for our second night as we were forced to find somewhere else that had working wifi as we had no idea when ours would be fixed if at all as we’d been getting no response until reception could open. They told us ‘we could have gone and used free wifi in a cafe’ despite the fact we had told them we were trying to use it for work calls so needed privacy and regardless we expected the service to be available as it is advertised as having working WiFi. There was no sign of an apology or effort to help, instead we were told ‘you paid for the accommodation not the WiFi’ and so it wasn’t their problem despite the property being advertised as having WiFi. Extremely rude and unpleasant.

Regarding the rest of the accommodation, ‘spa’ is hardly relaxing with the type of people staying here, the pool is filthy, gym door is busted so it’s a sweat box and a constant slow of sketchy people hanging around the entrance of the building.

Don’t waste your money. Our new accommodation is far better for the same price.
