Working in cosmetic industry, I have had my lashes done for years and years now. At one stage I felt like I have tried almost every 5stars rating lash technicians on the Gold Coast, and I am certainly not laking 'lash tragic' stories to tell 😂
By chance I discovered this beauty salon and recently under new management. The moment I walked in, it felt right, the atmosphere, the immediate attention from their friendly and knowledgeable staffs... I was originally booked in to have a peel done (which was also amazing). After checking out their lash service, I learn that their senior lash technician was professionally trained in Melbourne. Her testimonies and work samples looked promising (yes i go to that level of research for reassurance 😂 ) I booked in for the next day... OMG ladies, I am now extremely happy with my lashes and check out the results! Her skills are impeccable, love her techniques, products and level of enthusiasm to the profession. This will definitely be my regular lash destination from now. ❤️ ❤️ HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️ ❤️

I got the sale for $199.
Started 20-25 min late (was accident on M1) finished 10 min before it should have. Package said it would include aromatherapy foot massage, my feet were wiped by a cloth. Massage was good but limited, facial felt as though product was just being put on and wiped off. Lady was nice but body scrub with milk bath was only back of legs and back. Arms and hands were not touched and cream was just rubbed onto front of legs. Not as the package described.

I gave them a second chance, they were extremely receptive to feedback I provided on board and the treatment was amazing! I also took my mother who loves massages but usually the pressure is too hard! She came along and said it was the best massage she had received and Abby was amazing!

I will definitely go back! So glad I was open in communication as it was a whole different experience 😊

I must admit I was a little disappointed with my treatment today. I was early for my appointment but was taken into the room 10 minutes after my scheduled start time and still finished on time. I had been given a Groupon voucher for my birthday which was a 90 minute premium pamper package, this included an aromatherapy foot massage. My feet were not massaged at all! It also included a de stress scalp massage and again my scalp was not touched either!
The package included a facial and I was not asked one question about my skin type. The facial was done under the dimmed lights so not even sure how she could see my skin properly.
My therapist was very nice and friendly, just expected to get what my husband had paid for.

Friendly, professional staff. Very knowledgeable regarding skin types and excellent at recommending treatments that actually work. I also have my eye lash extensions done by Mary who uses only the best quality lashes and is great at choosing the appropriate length for the client. My lashes look natural ( not too long ) and so far have lasted longer than others I’ve had. I often receive comments on the quality and natural look of my lashes.
The hair washing service provided at this salon is fabulous, head massage to die for!
My hair had so much more condition after the hair wash package.
I recommend this salon for their quality products, variety of treatments and the fact that I get results.
We’ll done girls, I’ll definitely be back!
