Lunch today: untrained staff, incorrect order, hair in food. Enough not to go back ever again, especially that there are tens of other places in Toowoomba.
Oh, and kitchen smells wafting into very unventilated eating area.

Delicious pork Bahn mi! We'd heard Hooper Coffee House had the best Bahn mi in Toowoomba, and we weren't disappointed. My wife also was impressed with her lemongrass chicken Bahn mi. We will be back!

Ordered on uber eats, paid extra for pork and what I got was a sad amount. Even on the other two that where just normal very sad amount to. Ordered a pork bahn mii not vegan roll. Sad guys porks one of the cheapest meat and you skimp out.

Two of us ordered coffee around 8:45 and did not receive until 9:10 even though we were second in line. One of those coffees takes all of 10 seconds to make as it was just coffee and water. The coffee in its self was burnt along with the milk of the second coffee. We immediately threw them out so wasted $12.

This wasn't entirely the fault of the lady working as she was clearly understaffed and alone to deal with about 4 food orders, of which it smelled like she burned the eggs for one of those.

She was polite however and did apologise for the wait, this is on management to properly train and stock staff.

The BEST Bahn mi’s I have had anywhere in the world - by far! The crispy pork is unbelievable, every time. The prices are amazing too. Fresh ingredients and efficient service. I get ham and salad sandwiches made up most days of the week. Great value and the staff always remember my order. So so so good!
