Simply spectacular. Honeywood forest lodge is truly a hidden gem. We have been before but this time we were offered the Lapa suite for a little extra. Man it was worth it! Every little detail geared towards romance and relaxation - what a treat! The dinner was world class as usual and the massage was incredible. This little spot is a slice of heaven on the south coast. Thank you

I am literally sitting on the Lapa deck and typing my review. Blown AWAY at this hidden gem. The Cellar restaurant has always been a top favorite restaurant experience of mine. First time staying over at the Lapa suite and it is beautiful! What an amazing get away for any couple! Thank you for all the detail and thought you put into this suite! We WILL be back for sure! Great service sofar and the massage at the Spa was great!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

We booked the special package. Our room had a magnificent forest view, large comfy bed with luxurious cotton sheets and modern bathroom. The spar treatment was relaxing and professional.
Our package included the five course tasting menu which was a delight.
Breakfast(ordered the night before)was delivered on time and as requested.
Would not hesitate to recommend you to friends

We had a lovely night’s stay at Honeywood! The chalet’s are comfortable & rustic and we had the most amazing forest view. Our dinner at The Cellar was 10/10! The staff are all lovely, friendly and so attentive. Our room service breakfast was also great. We had a couple’s massage at the spa which was also AMAZING! Highly recommend a stay at Honeywood.

I needed a birthday gift for my mom but had not given myself much time to plan…1.5 days to be exact?
I currently live overseas so sent an email late at night & there was a response the very next morning. There was availability on my mom’s birthday, I was so happy!
The experience from start to finish was excellent! Kate & Sharon were super helpful & kept contact via e-mail. I managed to make a transfer the afternoon before the treatment & sent them the proof of payment.

My folks thoroughly enjoyed both their treatments - a ‘Forest Unwind back, neck & shoulders massage’ and a ‘Esse Plus Anti Aging Facial’. They said the therapists were fantastic, professional & very friendly. My mom said she could see visible results from the facial & raved about how soft her skin was afterwards.

The staff pay attention to detail & Kate even organised for my folks to get a lift on the golf cart back to the parking which is helpful for anyone with back problems or general aches & pains.

Overall the communication, experience, location & staff were all 5 stars ?
I’d definitely recommend Honeywood Forest Spa to anyone thinking of treating themselves or a loved one to a special experience❤️

We had such an amazing stay at Honeywood on 16 February 2024. We had the best massage at the Spa and the food at The Cellar was top class for sure! We will definitely be telling friends and family about our stay at Honeywood.

With a group of 8 ladies, we had the best time. The food was absolutely incredible! Top class cuisine. We so enjoyed our spa treatments and just had a beautiful relaxing weekend away in a perfect setting.

The restaurant and spa is great. But make sure you don’t stay in room 1A. The toilet is broken and runs constantly. It sounds like there is a waterfall in the bathroom making it near impossible to sleep. I had to move upstairs. Which is not what you want on a holiday. You’re meant to be well rested when you leave. I was not. Very disappointed this has not been fixed.
