Good sized apartment, balcony, bathroom and kitchen. Clean. Reasonably quiet. Good location for that part of town. The daily car park fee should be more prominent and obvious. There is zero free parking in the wider area except overnight.

The apartments are in excellent location. Our apartment was well equipped and great size. The night, however, was so noisy. Party upstairs all night. People running up and down hallway. It was impossible to sleep and ran from 11pm till 4pm. No one to notify as there is a call out fee for after hours assistance. Rooms not at all insulated. Doors banging throughout night and street noise.

We were moved to these apartments after a bad experience in one of the groups other apartments blocks.||We found the apartments to be very clean and neat. Had all the necessary utensils etc. |Nicely decorated. ||We didn't get to see much of the harbour area due to the rain, and we had competitions on at NEX so was attending those all day. |||Easy to use code from a sms sent.

My room was emptied out by the cleaners after staying for 6 nights and all my personal belongings removed even though the room was booked and paid for a 21 day stay. After hassling staff for 2 days they found half my belongings. I have requested to return my belongings and they said it’s been thrown out now and to bill them for an invoice for my missing items ,its now been over a month now. And no one speaks to you they lie and say emails have been sent thru to me. Absolutely nothing happens. Looks as if the police need to be involved now as it’s now stolen property.

Really good experience with the apartment. Spacious modern room with everything you need for your stay. Super comfy large bed and giant tvs. Also nice experience with paperless check in and receiving all details straight to your phone. 100% recommended!

Lovely view, very clean & well appointed room. The only thing negative was parking, but we were very lucky to get a park right next to the apartments. Would definitely stay again.

BED BUGS- EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER!
Checked out today, stayed for 2 nights… after first night noticed bed bugs in 2 of the 4 beds.. rang number on our checkin details and told someone would come and take a look… housekeeping came and agreed that it was bed bugs and they would replace the beds and fumigate the room. We then called the number again (person on other end of phone is Tony the general manager of their 20+ properties) and we said that we would actually like to move rooms as one lady has severe asthma and fumigation would affect this, also explained to Tony that one of the other ladies who had the bed bugs in her bed had brought her own pillow due to having a shoulder injury and that this would also need replacing. Tony then proceeded to scream at us that he would not be replacing the pillow because that’s not how bed bugs work and he can get a pest report to prove this… He was extremely rude and not once apologised for the bed bugs or the inconvenience of having to wait for a room to be cleaned and moved (4+ hours). Nor were we offered a refund which we would have taken and found another accommodation option. We should of inspected the beds in the new room but after waking with bites this morning the pictures attached show the disgraceful condition of these beds in the alternate room given.
Beware of all EXECUTIVE Apartments in the Newcastle area … on doing research after our terrible treatment by Tony other guests have had the same treatment and had issues with cleanliness of other apartments and properties.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We had gotten to the apartments at 10:30pm at night to find that our room had not been serviced. The beds were not made, dirty towels and toilet paper all over the bathroom floors and cocaine on the glass table. We called the night manager Tony, he sent us to another room. The room that we had been given was occupied by another man. When we called Tony to tell him this he got aggressive and rude and insisted that the room was vacant. He made us go back up to confirm and the man was still in there. Tony refused to help us any further and hung up on us. We called Tony again and he continued to tell us that the room is free and vacant. After several minutes of going back and forth with Tony we demanded a refund and decided to drive home. We are still yet to receive the refund. Worst service we have ever encountered. Such a waste of money! Tony is one of the rudest managers I have ever come across. I’ve attached photos to show you how we found our “clean room” upon arrival.
