That's the deepest I've ever gone in a breathwork journey.

I thought I'd gone deep before & really released, but that was so incredibly powerful!

Then, it was so euphoric, full of joy, lightness & gratitude - which was a being reborn feeling.

I felt the reiki you did on me move things, like a door finally opened and everything rushed through it.

Then at the end when you did reiki on my head, it was the most delicious, gooey, warm, loving feeling.

I can't wait to do more work with you ✨️

Mel is an amazing breathworks guide. She embodies a beautiful balance of calm, engagement, compassion and passion. I felt safe with her which was incredibly helpful when embarking on what I experienced to be a powerful, vulnerable and personal process. I'd highly recommend her if you're interested in and ready for a deep experiential dive into breathwork.

Mel naturally creates a judgement free and safe space for those partaking on the journey. There’s something special about healing within a group of people who are also healing while everyone is on their own journey yet unspokenly supporting each other. Feeling safe to really feel and release stagnant emotions and energy around others really stood out for me. Overall it was a positive life shifting experience that I would certainly like to experience over again. If you are curious about this journey, listen to the calling, it’s meant for you.

Had an amazing experience at Holistico. Mel was super lovely and very informative regarding the benefits of infrared sauna. Large private room with shower amenities and the sauna was even big enough that you could lay down and relax throughout the session. Definitely recommend!
