Today I tried the Cymatic Resonance Therapy with Christine. The treatment was incredible. I felt my body start to go into a blissful deep relaxation within the first ten minutes. The treatment is like floating on a cloud. The room is absolutely warm and inviting. I will definitely be going back for another session very soon.

The Cymatic Resonance Therapy bed was an incredible experience.

Christine is an excellent art therapist. The session is in a very nice and light office. This meditative process really brought me into a deep subconscious state that helped to integrate the left and right brain hemisphere. It allowed me to deal with my issues in a non threatening way. I have been going to this centre for many years, every practitioner is excellent in their field.
Now the Cymatic Resonence healing bed is there I always have half to one hour before I have my massage, makes such a difference.
The Art and Clay therapy is wonderful for letting go of hidden emotions.

Art therapy with Christine has been nothing short of miraculous for me. I’ve been several times. Ok go when I feel like I’m in trouble emotionally and need to get my feelings flowing. Every single time I am transformed. I went just a couple of days ago- actually I think it was yesterday. I am so happily transformed and uplifted - physically and emotionally. For me, emotional expression has never come easy and I’ve had a lot of things happen in my life, leaving a lot of suppressed emotions. The fact that I close my eyes for the session makes it so much easier to just let my feelings flow naturally and Christine holds such a safe, nurturing, grounded space.
