The hotel location itself was beautiful, as it is quite close to the beach. However I was not very impressed by room service, as my floor was not vacuumed the whole duration of my stay. Our tv only had particular channels which seemed quite old aswell, so in terms of room service wouldn't recommend. Our toaster also barely worked, neither did the microwave. Everything in the fridge somehow froze despite being on a mild temp. Our toilet was also clogged at one point. There was no at the reception to discuss these issues with. So I am quite disappointed.

Its a small basic motel in a central location with parking outside of your room. Room itself was a good size, clean with a small kitchenet. WiFi is good and LCD TV. Its keyless entry, ie no reception and with a passcode being sent via email and/or sms a few hours before check in - this worked perfectly. We would stay here again.

For the Price the entire experience was 5 stars.

I got in a bit late so the keyless entry was an absolute blessing.
No mucking around with finding key boxes early the next morning.

Room was clean and tidy, everything worked as expected.

Communication was clear and concise.

This was a work trip but the next one will be a motorbike ride trip with the bride and we’ll be back for sure.

Exactly what we needed for passing through the area. Rooms are basic, but spacey and clean at a great price. Probably the easiest check-in experience I've ever had - got text the code to the room a day in advance and was in my room within 2 minutes of parking, which was perfect after a long drive.

Fairly middle ground, great for quick and easy bedding like we needed. Wouldn’t stay for more than a couple nights. Beds weren’t that comfy and the fan for the bathroom was too loud, however it had a great TV and a warm shower. I would say my main concern was the back window being unable to fully close which I pointed out to the cleaning staff (who were remarkably friendly)

Don’t stay at this. accommodation find somewhere else. It is hard to contact the accommodation. If there is an issue we booked two rooms for this place and we sent codes for three rooms. so after 24 hours of trying to contact this company we got through and we then sent another two rooms with codes. When we arrived we entered one of the rooms that actually had someone else’s luggage in the. unit. After many attempted phone calls, the people answered again. And yes extremely apologetic, although told us that they did not send those details through. When I sent an immediate photo to them. They were once again apologetic. They did refund the room cost as a Goodwill and kept on getting told system error, but that’s just not good enough , I understand that they taken over this place back in 2023 although you should have these bugs fixed by now

This motel is old but clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Soft, fluffy white towels, comfy beds and powerful shower. Had everything we needed in the kitchenette and is an easy walk to the golf course. Check in was easy and management kept in touch. Will definitely stay again when in Narooma.

Beware of the manger Josh! They say this place is under new management but if you check the reviews there are consistent bad reviews about the male manager and for good reason!!

I stayed here in Feb 2024 and found a
power point with exposed wires hanging off the wall next to the sink. Bookings.com.au sent me an email to review my stay and I wrote a review saying I felt it was unsafe due to the broken power point and the bed was old and uncomfotable.

Shortly after the manage Josh calls me and blast me on the phone for leaving a bad review and was extremely rude to me. He's obviously not very wise as he has motivated me to leave more reviews for him and warn potential customers of his unprofessional attitude and rudeness.

The bed was also one of those ensembles from the 80's or 90's with matching colourful patents like you probably saw your last at your grandparents house when you were a kid. The mattress was terrible, but sadly the was not the main issue.

As stated by most of the negative reviews of this business the management is the problem.
