Pros:
* Easy to get here, off the main motorway.
* Plenty of open spaces ( restaurants, bars, sports room, gambling area) and conference rooms. There are even some vintage computers up the front which must be there for aesthetics rather than functionality. Or wire only data transfer, like fax machines in hospitals.
* Plenty of open parking spaces, not squashed.
* There are even some electric massage chairs that you can pay for. The rate is good value.
*Clean.
*Good fresh air and AC.
* Staff are friendly and courteous
* You can request unlimited drinks ( tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water)
* Hotel staff were able to check me in early at 12pm

Neutral:
* The breakfast buffet is extensive but it didn't really wow me. Plenty of tourists come through every morning. The staff at breakfast are especially friendly.
* Good value for couples but poor value for solo travellers.
* Staffing at reception is limited. If you want to microwave food, you have to go down to reception. They provide disposable plates and cutlery. You have to also go down to reception to collect ubereats etc. They won't bring it up to your room.
* IHG members get late checkout at 11am.
* Showerhead manoeuvring can be tricky.

Cons:
* The bathroom fan comes on at certain designated hours. ( not at night). It can be noisy.
* The garden near the entrance is gorgeous but it's only for viewing.
*I did not see the outdoor pool but it didn't look particularly appealing.
* Same for the gym room, it did not look like there was much equipment. No treadmills, stair or running machines, just a few weights etc.
* They do not provide hotel slippers, robe, deodorant, Earplugs or eye mask, laundry bag.
* Location is a bit far from train stain and restaurants.
* If you forget your phone charger, they will ask you to hire a powerbank! Rough.

Final thoughts:
Google rating of 4.3 is accurate.
Please do not steal towels as they have RFID tags. But please feel free to request extra tea/ coffee/ sugar/ toilet paper etc.

Great location and close proximity to where I was travelling to for work related training. The service from staff was exceptional. Breakfast was nice, although I didn’t enjoy the egg on offer, I stuck to Bircher muesli and fruit, decent coffee. The rooms were clean, desk provided, overlooking a nice garden, very suitable for my stay. The only downside was because it’s located on the main road, I could hear a fair bit of car hoons doing burnouts etc, which was quite loud of a night time. Obviously Holiday Inn has no control over that.

Good place for accommodation and food. All staff are extremely friendly, approachable and professional. Hotel amenities are great. Food quality used to be good but slackened now! Had prawns which was very dry. Another night I had lamb shank, very dry inside and the sauce wasn't good either. Room was a bit dusty and uncomfortable bed. Always stay here frequently through work. Recommend this place whether it's a little get away, work or holiday trip. Sophie whom we normally deal with, is super friendly, helpful and responsive. Well done to their entire team for such great professionalism!

I recently lost my home of 12 years and everything I owned, I have had to rely on housing NSW to help me with emergency housing. Housing nsw booked a room at the Holiday inn Warwick Farm for me on a week by week basis. I felt very fortunate and as happy as can be, considering my situation. I spent 14 days there in total on ret roughly day 8or9 I asked a cleaner if I could use her vacuum , she said yes.. whilst vacuuming my room the head cleaner abruptly came in and rudely informed me that guest are not permitted to use the vacuums and if the room needs to be cleaned, only the cleaners are permitted to use the electrical appliances... I was shocked by her attitude and this rule, I said I was going out shortly and didn't want cleaners it my room unless I was there . I asked her name and thought I would speak to a duty manager later about her .which I did do and then the incident was forgotten about by myself... Day 13 Housing NSW rang the hotel to book my room for the following week, the hotel informed Housing that they are not going to rebooked my accommodation for any further time, as the head cleaner reported that I was aggressive and rude towards her . I totally disagree that is true, never was behaviour anything but polite, respectful and appreciative to everyone I had contact with... I feel that I was not welcome at the hotel because I am a transgender female and would have to stand outside the front main entrance to the hotel to smoke a cigarette. As this is the only allowed spot . Odd ball's are not wanted out front when new guest's arrive...
Housing NSW refuse to assist me any further with emergency accommodation because I have been refused by the Holiday inn. And with no choice now I am homeless and sleeping rough...
Thankyou to the narrow minded snobs who are responsible for kicking me whilst I was am already down...

Great place to stay for short stays. The hotel is big and has everything available onsite for convenience. Jerry at front desk was very helpful and looked after us during our stay. Thank you for your amazing service Jerry.
