We had an awesome stay here. It's very clean, and the pillows are so comfortable. Also the staff are friendly and polite. Will always come back here now whenever we visit Sydney. As I feel pampered in this place during our visit for an event. Highly recommend ?

A great hotel. Very clean rooms. Good size rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Great internet. The shower is spacious with good pressure hot showers. Easy access to the leagues club as well. Highly recommend this hotel

Booked a room with 3 beds.
There was 2 beds.
The staff seemed baffled by the idea that 3 people wanted to have 3 beds.
They reluctantly brought up one of those horrible trundle beds....without a doona.
They informed me that there was no possible way for them to supply me with anything but an itchy blanket.

Is a very nice hotel if you are in the area.
It has everything expected from a Holiday Inn
A very strong point is they don't charge for parking. This is very nice .

I will return if I'm in the area

From the moment we arrived, Emma at the front desk made us feel so welcome, and was extremely helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast staff at the leagues club next door were just amazing - Thank you Lisa, everything was just fabulous. The evening meals at the leagues club - divine (lobster mornay) Wow!! We will definitely be back! 10/10 *

Great, clean, professional. Perfect place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in the lobby free to use. As a bonus we even saw a pretty large group of wild kangaroos outside the hotel (park at the side entrance). A bit far from the city, but only 5 minutes by car away from the train station that takes you straight to Central Station downtown. Highly recommend.

I stayed two separate nights in transit to mid north coast. Was very impressed with the quality and cleanlinse of this hotel. That said, any IHG hotel is my go to!
Staff were efficient and friendly and the leagues club next door caters for any occasion with amazing food and bars that you can charge back to your room. Highly recommended.

I'm an amputee (below knee) My stay was perfect. Room was huge. Bed was amazing had the best nights sleep. Pillows were comfy. Block out curtains were amazing. Bathroom was perfectly set up for my disability Staff were lovely. Room was clean...bonus! The only thing I can think of is the shampoo and conditioner in shower could be closer to you.

This establishment always has a disability room for me ... ?
