Absolutely fantastic. Very nice room complete with block-out blinds, microwave, and hob. Great air conditioning. Very friendly staff who are very accomodating and helpful. The only downside is the limited parking spaces on-site, but the staff are extremely helpful with finding alternative parking for you if the parking is full. The communication from staff was very good too - They called me a couple of times to discuss my stay and I found this communication to be at just the right times, and very professional. A special thank you to Max for making my stay especially comfortable. Hope to see you again soon

I 100% recommend this place. The staff are so nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was fantastic, so comfortable and beyond expectation. The location is walking distance from Parramatta Train station, Westfield's, and so much more. Breakfast was so cute and delicious - great quality baked goods, definitely try them. They know their customers so well. We came out in the morning to Coldplay music being played in the breakfast room, which added to our adventure. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, crew, for making our experience so easy.

I truly recommend this place, was originally spending a night. Enjoyed the staff and the coziness extremely that I extended another 2days. Then extended a full week. I like a coziness, warmth and great welcoming staff beats any grand cold hotel. Its definitely one of my tops if not the top hotel in Sydney.

I visited Sydney and stayed there for the weekend. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the room had all the amenities.
Only thing I had a problem with the manager or the owner at the hotel. The hotel had provided me two days of parking but was told we cannot have it for Saturday which was all good. The staff called me on the phone provided but was not able to answer it as I was taking a nap with my partner and later the manager or the owner entered the room without my permission after knocking on the door.

Recently stayed here for work purposes and was pleasantly surprised with the amazing rooms & even better service.
Max was beyond friendly & made the stay so so much better.
Breakfast options were slightly restricted & more on the budget friendly side but for only $15 it was enough.
Will happily return when I’m in parramatta again! Highly recommend.

We were pretty surprised with the hotel by itself, new, fresh and convenient location ( huge shopping centre within 5 min walk ) and especially with Max who was on the reception, he is absolutely brilliant, welcoming and friendly person and made our stay with no issues at all !!!

Fantastic stay and exceptional service from Anish!
I have stayed at Holiday Inn and Suites Parramatta several times, and each visit has been a wonderful experience.
