We had a fantastic experience during our three night stay. The front desk staff were friendly and approachable. They were able to accommodate us when our flight landed early with an early check-in. They also offered us complimentary breakfast for signing up for their rewards program. The room was clean and equipped with modern technology, including a wireless phone charger. The daily housekeepers did a wonderful job and kept the room clean and stocked. The hotel is situated close to the train station, so we had no problem getting around. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The staff were fantastic, every person I spoke with was very lovely and professional. The room however was not what I expected.

I paid over $200 a night and found a cockroach running through the room. While the staff did remove it promptly, had I known about the uncleanliness of hotel I probably wouldn’t have stayed here.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Sydney, this one takes the cake! Honestly, the price is right and the rooms are great. Nothing however beats the staff! They’re so accomodating, friendly and they seem to really care about their guests. Going out of their way to learn some Māori to speak to my babies, playing tips with them in the lobby, to the house keeping staff organising and placing my son’s favourite MR MONKEY in silly poses for us to find.
We will absolutely be back!!

Location is the best in Parramatta. Plenty if great restaurants nearby. Over the road from our local PJs pub and a short walk to explore the delicious delights of Little India. Rooms are comfy and clean. Trains and ferries are in easy reach to take you into the city. It really is a great place to be.

It is great for a business stay. Enjoyed the stay as it was close to work and restaurants. Great ambience, too. The food was ok for a quick breakfast. Water could have been served in the rooms

I just checked out from the hotel.i booked for 4 days.The staff was friendly ans helpful. The room and the toilet were clean. Beds were comfy with 2 kinds of pillows firm and soft.Inside the room kettle and coffe, tea. Its 7 min away from paramatta station and buses and 11 min from Harris park station. Westfield around 7 min walking full of restaurants and shops beside coles, aldi and woolworth. All in all it was a very good stay.

Being greeted and welcomed like a returning friend (one my first visit!) was lovely. The staff were impeccable, the parking was SO easy and inexpensive for which I was so grateful.
The supplied amenities in the bathrooms were great quality.. I believe lagerfeld brand.

Easy 5 min walk to westfield Parramatta with so many food options which is fortunate as the one downside was that there was no restaurant or in room service available on Sunday night.

The buffet breakfast on mo day morning was great value.

Location and price can't be beaten. Walking distance to the train station, very polite and friendly staff.

Breakfast buffet was good, only reason didn't give 5 stars was that the bathrooms in the suites are a little old and tired, whilst being perfectly serviceable and clean.
