Stayed here for 1 night, booking was seamless, service was very good.

When you walk in, the atrium is very special, something you don't expect in the middle of the city. The restaurant and bar are also very quite, cosy and nice.

One thing is, the hotel is a bit dated. Not what we expected from the Hilton Hotel. The rooms themselves are old, but can tell it has been maintained well and mood lighting was 👌 . Pool was very old, not as glamorous as you would expect.

Overall, a good stay. Just needs a good renovation, new rooms, definitely new pool and public areas to be freshened up. Remove some of the old smell. Location was perfect, convenient to everything in Brisbane!

The quality you'd expect from a main-brand Hilton is apparent here. My king-sized room was spacious, scrupulously clean, with a comfortable bed, a very useable desk, a nice sofa and an interesting view. The hotel is well-located with entrances to the Queen Street Mall and to Elizabeth Street. While it's the kind of hotel where you can have minimal contact with staff, what I did have was excellent. Very professional staff at breakfast (which was excellent), and when I needed help with my internet connection. It's a marketing truism that customer problems are actually opportunities to show exceptional service and this was a good example. Multiple staff sought to sort out the problem with the internet in my room. Professional and well-mannered.||The one quibble I did have was an unexpected charge for internet of $10 per night - particularly given that I'm a Hilton Honours member. When are hotels going to get rid of this antediluvian idea - internet access should be a given in a hotel like this, not some special 'extra' to be charged for. If Hilton wants to squeeze a few extra dollars out of their customers why not charge for water, electricity, or laundering the sheets! Come on Hilton, you're better than this. Either absorb the cost or increase the room rate by the requisite amount.

Great value hotel ,but price very low. Room big and modern , atmosphere very fresh much better than any other Hotels in brisbane city. Enjoy anytime every visit. , 💞💞💞💞💞💞, will back again! Brisbane are booming in the next few years. No 1 city in the south Earth 🌎!

The customer service is OUTSTANDING! The executive lounge was such a nice plus during our stay and the wait staff was EXCELLENT. Bed very comfortable and housekeeping wonderful but not intrusive. Only one item: the hotel is aging and needs some refreshing.

The premium customer service, in-room dining, pool, and jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. Its central business district location offered convenient walking access to the city's finest restaurants. I recommend having their breakfast; it is a buffet with plenty of choices for all tastes.

Great location, great Hilton mattress, decent executive lounge with great service. |Rooms are large, a bit old but well looked after and clean. |Right on the main drag with a huge food court in the basement. |Restaurant downstairs was very good. Would definitely stay again

I just want to show my appreciation to the person who assisted my husband and me while we were at the Hilton Brisbane lounge, her name is Edna. She was very accommodating and friendly, always making sure we were okay and checking if we needed anything. I wish all hotel staff were as friendly and attentive as she is. I also observed that she truly loves her job because it’s hard to do something well if you don’t genuinely enjoy it.
