Awesome staff and members, the only indoor range I go to due to the great facilities and everything I need, including the gun shop and safety courses onsite. Alway a great vibe on the range with shooters there to learn and have a great time doing so, a high level of respect A+++++

Enjoyable and we'll equipped pistol range, especially for unlicenced or first-time shooters. Counter and ancillary staff were all very patient and pleasant, especially Clem the range officer in the unlicenced range.

I don't write reviews very often, only when a product or service is absolutely outstanding. I've had several dealings with multiple staff at Hillcrest IPC and every time staff are very accommodating, cheerful, and patient. Any business model can be copied, but staff is where a business differentiates itself. Staff aside the facilities are great, and the retrieval system means the range doesn't close to check targets meaning a lot less waiting around and a lot more time to shoot.
