The reception were lovely on the phone & left keys for after hours checkin.
We booked for 5 - got towels for 3.
Given our late arrival there was nobody to get towels from.
The whole park just feels in need of a big clean up and maintenance attended to.
Pool wasn’t clean, so disappointing for kids who couldn’t swim.
Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy and blankets stank.
Shower head dripped all night but water pressure was good.
Fridge was extremely noisy and we turned it off overnight.
Noisy over night. Trucks ++++.
All fabric curtains in our deluxe 2 bedroom cabin were dirty and stained.
Floor was dirty.
Bathroom very small and hard to move around in.
I feel you get what you pay for, but at $160 a night it would be nice to at minimum have a towel for everyone and some cleanliness.

Unfortunately we would never stay here again.
We wish the new management well in getting this place up to scratch.

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic camping spot, I arrived quite late, but the customer service was still outstanding. The staff made sure I was settled in quickly and comfortably, despite the late hour. The campsite itself was great. located right by the river, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The ensuite attached!

I have been staying here off and on over the past few years as a worker, the park was terribly managed before but the new managers are hardworking, kind and considerate people, so the latest reviewer I don't know what park your talking about mate because this one is the best in town and you know they cannot control the weather and the Gum trees are the worst for shedding so with the rain we had & the winds I had to head home as it was potential flooding this is natures fault. And for you to be unhappy about pricing that tells me exactly what sort of person you are. This park and the managers are 10/10!! Keep u p the good work guys.

Very unsafe park! Some of the permanent residents (including management) appear to have a drinking problem, resulting in urinating in public spaces close to my van, eggs were thrown at my van. 2 of my tyres were slashed by an unidentified woman. Police involvement.

Replying to 'comments from owner'... you may have me confused with another guest. Yes I drove out of your park the following morning after I had a local tyre business come to your park, jack my van up, take the 2 slashed tyres and wheels off back to their workshop and then return them. I was in a van, not a caravan. I never cried poor, I'm not poor. I paid in full when I checked in. I was refunded a night when I discussed with management (Kelly) ? in the morning about the incident that happened the previous night. The eggs were thrown at my van, I never threw the eggs. Kelly even told me where I could go to clean the dried egg off my hire van. The person who threw the eggs Kelly (management) was bbqing with him all evening. The noise from the BBQ didn't settle down until 2230.. when i say noise I'm talking rude, loud, disrespectful, vulgar language... far too late for a holiday park.
Owners of the park... please feel free to phone me, you have my number as Gday parks said they were forwarding my email onto you. I'm happy to discuss in detail what happened that night.

Couldn’t ask for more professional & kind managers go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and important. This park is thriving and absolutely love the fact they even go out of their way to decorate for Halloween and now Christmas ? Best park and people I’ve ever come across.

Had the absolute misfortune of stopping here overnight passing through. Only $27 for a powered site and we could stay hooked up...even this is way overpriced. I rang..emailed..and sent texts for 4 days without being able to contact them. My bad luck on the 5th day somehow they answered the phone and I made the booking.
Driving in you are greeted on the right by a dank dirty sludge pond that also doubles as the swimming pool. It was being used by some kids and the next morning it looked even worse. No doubt some sort of infections will be running rampant.
The site was big enough we didn't need to unhook and had fake grass over the dirt underneath the awning area so that wasn't too bad.
The surrounding area was pretty much full of rundown derelict vans with what I would call call junk and rubbish around the vans. I think these were possibly permanent guests. Very unappealing.
The ablution block is an absolute disgrace to the point we didn't even use the shower the next day. Bugs..leaves..toilets missing seats...basins without plugs..cobwebs...gave the appearance of never being cleaned.
Apparently the only dogs on leads were those belonging to actual tourists as there were quite a number of dogs being walked off leash.
The grass areas were long...and the alleged camp kitchen was a disgrace. Everything looked filthy ..in need of repair or replacement.
G'Day parks have dropped the ball on this one and should be very ashamed and embarrassed to put their name on it.
There is no way in hell I would ever stop here again. I have read other glowing reviews of this park and can only assume they are of another park because they are not of the Highway tourist village we stopped at.

The owner was so incredibly kind to me when I rocked up very last minute looking for somewhere to stay the night. The camp kitchen is great with a fridge, oven and a microwave and plenty of sitting. The ladies bathrooms are clean and the shower stalls were great! It’s only a 4 minute drive into the main town where you have a Woolies and Cole’s and lots of food options

The room was discussing the lounge was so dirty it looked like they had gotten it from the local dump. we had to leave and go to another place for the evening. I have tried to contact the park to discuss but they will not respond to my emails. Happy to take your money not happy to help with and concerns you may have.
