Great place to stay, clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even put my washing in the dryer for me while I was out. Parking is very good In front of your room. Cost was very reasonable and We will be going back again.

Cheryl was very responsive and helped us a great deal. We felt valued as guests - thank you for the superb service! The place was convenient to where we had to be and KFC in short walking distance to the motel was very helpful for a quick feed. The facilities are clean and maintained well. We booked by telephone a few hours before arrival. Cheryl was very responsive and helpful, matching an online accommodation group price we were working with.
Upon arrival our reception by Cheryl was a welcoming and pleasant experience. The room was better than expected and very clean. Lighting was excellent!
Three minor points which are unavoidable - the car park space was narrow; the road arrangement means it was awkward to see the motel and access the driveway; the restaurant was closed due to staffing (an all too common issue in many places at the moment). Fortunately it was well signed in the last 100 metres.

The staff were very friendly and helpful to 2 weary travellers on arrival into Highfields at 6.30pm on our journey south. We didn’t have a booking but that wasn’t a problem. Room was very very clean, well set out, warm and with everything we needed. Laundry was technically closed, but staff left it open so I could wash as we had no more clean clothes. We are very happy to have stayed there and we give it a big 👍 and a gold ⭐️

Great motel excellently placed for access to Ravensbourne and the national park. Cheryl and Rick could not have been more accommodating. Very clean comfortable rooms. Great shower. Would definitely book here again.

Room was spotless, the bed comfy and must have been soundproofed as heard very little even though next to the highway and the motel was full. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
