Absolutely beautiful couple of days staying here been many times before, first time day spa which was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful, highly recommend staying here you definitely won’t regret it. The most relaxing getaway ever.

We stayed here over the weekend and it was worth every cent. The room was very comfortable and the location was idyllic. It had a crackling fire place and a lovely warm jacuzzi. The food was delicious with generous servings. I think most importantly, the service was second to none. So friendly and welcoming. We got a massage at the beautifully decorated day spa and the massage tables were incredibly soft and comfortable. They were also heated and lovely and toasty for winter. Despite the lodges being next to each other it really felt as though you were out there alone. Did not see or hear anyone else during our stay. felt very refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend.

My sister purchased a gift card for use of the Spa for my birthday (around $350). This was purchased in 2020 and unfortunately during that time, we witnessed the uprising of covid and I personally had a lot of personal health problems including the loss of a baby and subsequent pregnancies including IVF. The gift card has since reached its 36 month expiration, however, I have reached out to the Eco Spa numerous times to see if there could be some leniency, or even an agreement that could be reached so that we aren't both losing out (i.e. you can't use the giftcard, however we will give you a discount on x treatment, etc. Which ultimately result in more business for them). However, I have been ignored. Not even the common decency of responding to my email or phone calls to explain their policy and politely decline.
I am disappointed in the service, the lack of understanding and the very obvious lack of compassion or etiquette in responding to customer inquiries.

Edit in response to owners comment: I do have the correct spa. Feel free to email me and I can provide you with my voucher number/email address used. This response has obviously been a rouse the deflect responsibility and is yet another reflection of the unprofessionalism and frank gaslighting of this company. Pathetic.

Staff, especially reception were lovely. Venue bit run down. Well hidden by dim lighting but not well enough. Very expensive for what we received. Would not return due to cost

We booked in here for the night of our wedding and a little honeymoon the day after. It was well worth it. This is such a peaceful spot, with an amazing day spa. We had a hot stone massage each the day before our wedding and it was the best 90 minutes we've spent in a long time. The rooms are beautiful and well kept, and the food hampers were incredible. Definitely a place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful place, very quiet, clean. Pedicure and manicure okay, massage very relaxing but would say a bit too pricey. The jacuzzi was a bit too hot for my liking. The inside fireplace is amazing. Receptionist friendly. For people who are considering booking it - big yes, but remember there is no restaurant. They had this amazing port wine provided, would love to know the brand, forgot to ask them 😊

This is my fifth year visiting in a row for my annual half day signature spa package “treat” for myself and every single time, it is hard to leave. I booked by email and got a response within minutes, reception staff are always friendly and the treatments are divine. The staff really care about creating an exceptional experience for you. My therapist today was Eleanor, and she was incredible. I highly recommend her for any treatment. The jacuzzi cabins are large, well maintained and beautifully decked out. In terms of location, service and experience, I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. I love going there every year.
