Good service, good quality bubble tea, next to the food court and myers in canelands, staff is nice and friendly, we waited for the order for less than 5 minutes and the guy at the till made some good recommendation because the bubble turned nice!

We tried the brown sugar milk bubble tea, will highly recommend, price a bit on the higher side, we paid for 7.20$ for large cup, money well spent though, recommended!

Tried twice. Both times I had no issues, brown sugar milk and honeydew.
Pearls were soft and not too chewy.

Best bubble tea we have had in all of QLD. My daughter and I travel approx 40 minutes a couple of times a week for our bubble tea. We are always met with a smile from the lovely family staff there.
They know what we order and have our bubble teas up on the screen within seconds.

My boba was made by a 10 year old girl who couldn’t see what she was doing, she scared my child who had special needs and was laughing at them because she can’t pronounce bubble tea, fix your service or i’ll get my lawyers on you all. 😤🤬😤😢😢😪😪

I really like this Local Bubble tea shop in Caneland shopping centre. But most of the drinks have artificial flavour to it. Specially I don’t recommend watermelon green tea at all. It was too much syrup and wasn’t a pleasant taster. Customer service is good and fast. We love their new kumquat tea mainly it’s fresh kumquat without any bad syrup and it’s really refreshing in Mackay heat.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Hi Cup Bubble Tea, where the staff's behavior and level of service left much to be desired. The overall encounter left a negative impression, and I feel compelled to share my honest feedback.
Upon ordering drinks, we were met with aggression and defensiveness from the staff. To make matters worse, despite ordering two drinks, we only received one. When we inquired about the missing drink, the response was rather dismissive, stating that we had only paid for one. This lack of accountability was disheartening.
The situation escalated when we approached the manager to express our concerns. Instead of addressing our complaint professionally, the manager became confrontational and aggressive. It was extremely unbecoming when she told my husband to "get over himself" and accused me of threatening her when I mentioned the possibility of leaving a review. Expressing dissatisfaction through a review is not a threat, but rather a way for customers to provide feedback and help establishments improve.
Unfortunately, this experience seems to be a reflection of a larger issue at Hi Cup Bubble Tea. It's disconcerting to note that other customers have voiced similar complaints about the service. It is evident that there is a lack of proper training in customer service and common decency among the staff.
A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and a sincere apology would have gone a long way in remedying the situation. However, the staff's defensive attitude and the manager's unprofessional behavior only served to exacerbate the problem.
It is my hope that Hi Cup Bubble Tea takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing customer service training to improve the overall dining experience. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, this was sorely lacking during my visit.
In conclusion, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Hi Cup Bubble Tea based on this disappointing encounter. I hope that management takes the necessary steps to rectify these issues and create a more welcoming and customer-focused environment.
