I just happened to walk past this bubble tea shop and decided to give it a try. The shop assistant was prompt and tried her best to make the drink as fast as she could. The fruit tea is very delicious and I love the fresh fruits.

Surprised to find Hong Kong style egg waffle in this store, which now hardly can find. The flavor of this egg waffle consider close to traditional HK style. I love this the original, which is very nice egg flavors. They let it cool down and put in paper bag, so it is still chunky. They only have 1 machine, there is a wait if buy more than 2. Around 5 mins wait for waffle. This shop is super small, only have handful chairs with a long bench. Suggest to get takeaway instead of dine in. This shop is a bubble tea shop, so egg waffles is not obvious in the menu. Very close to Box Hill Central, very convenient with public transport and plenty of car park nearby. Staff service consider OK. Prices of each waffle consider average

Highly recommend this bubble tea shop. I ordered their grape tea which was really good and I finished so quickly eventhough that day is so cold. I think I like their drink better than Top Tea which is popular atm.

Love the drinks - their milk tea with caramel jelly and melon yogurt tea are my favourites! However, service is pretty slow and the paper straw while environmentally friendly doesn't work very well; turns soft and mushy after awhile, making it hard to drink.
