We had just bought a house in Hervey Bay which had a spa. I needed to sort out a few issues with it, and by chance I found Hervey Bay Pool and Spa Supplies. They were very helpful, and more than willing to answer my many questions. As a result, I got them to come around and have a look at the spa. Matt arrived and identified a few issues. The end result, was, it needed a new part. Ross and Matt looked everywhere for the part, but could not find a replacement. As a result they were able to workout a substitute repair. Matt and Ross's effort was amazing, and I now have a spa that is fully functional. These guys know what they are doing and go that extra yard. Matt is exceptional, and has a great knowledge of spas. Would I use them again? In a "heart beat". they are a great team, and are efficient and professional. A job well done. Also, thanks to Brock for his effort. I will be back.

Ross and Matt - what a team! Matt services our pool once a month for a very reasonable fee and Ross is always there at the shop for advice and testing (and of course a chat) Wonderful local people serving local people. Would not go anywhere else!

The service was outstanding! I went in looking for advice on who I should see about getting a pool installed as they don't install pools, How ever they do supply chemicals , pumps, chlorinators and have a fully mobile service for cleaning and repairs. Norm and Sue were wonderful they gave me the name of a pool installer and explained the pros and cons unbiasedly. I was given advice on ideas and styles, they listened to my needs and put me in touch with the right person for the right job, i will certainly be going back to buy all my chemicals for my new pool.
what fantastic friendly service with great advise and I had made no purchase, its hard to find people that will go out of there way to help you when they are not on the receiving end of sale.
Thank you Norm and Sue I will be back.

Walked into the shop , a couple being servedwith a smaller dog ran up to lick me, I moved around behind a spa and tried to shoo it away, they said he would only lick me to death , I said that I have infected legs , the woman replied " grumpy old man "finally much bickering they left the shop . Ross was there and he apologized profusely but I said to him that it not his fault . He served so professional and pleasently. Thank you Ross I now say you are the best swim shop in the bay .

I have used Hervey Bay Pool and Spa Supplies since 2002. Any issues I have had with my pool have been sorted extremely quickly and the service is great. When we had pump issues with a broken pump the boys were over straight away to put in until ours could be fixed.
